Awesome product. Top notch idea for a wood burning stove. Works well and is very fun to use if you like using wood fuel. I saw it featured on social media (Chinese advertisements of dubious quality pushing viewers to buy over wechat...) and found it on Amazon, biting when it dropped to $230 with prime shipping. Kind of a beefed up, small version of a double-wall insulated fire pit (solo stove, brio, etc) with the addition of a small DC fan w/ speed controller. The air intake is controlled by the fan, so there's some amount of control of the heat even though it's a wood fire. Fan has a USB-C plug and I measured it using less than 1 Watt on the lowest setting and 10 Watts on the highest setting. I use a 14" wok with it but imagine it could probably handle a 16" and maybe 18" but I haven't tried. Have used 5 qt and 8 qt dutch ovens successfully as well. The quality of the product is very impressive and definitely exceeded my expectations. There are a few places where they only used tack welds instead of drawing a full bead--not critical, but shows cost cutting--but otherwise solidly designed and built. Even the included tongs and ash scoop were surprisingly decent, albeit nothing premium. It comes across as someone's passion project with reasonable tradeoffs, not a corporately designed product trying to get profits at every angle. Has all the pitfalls and learning curve of wood burning, so beware if you're a wood burning novice. Compact size for a wood stove, so firewood needs to be cut short and processed down to near-kindling size to be able to fit in the stove. The stove needs to be warmed up and have a bed of coals before you can effectively cook on it, so not useful for quick meals. Get the most cooking heat using it as a gasifier--really comes out in a massive jet flame. ... show more

Very well made extremely heavy duty have not used yet, but I guarantee it will work. The only problem I had was the extra fire. Proof seal was not in the box. I have sent an email to the Maker. Will update if they answer me. It's been 24 hours now. Well it's been 3 days since I sent the company an email and no response. So that tells me good luck with after purchase help ... show more

Parts are not made cheap very solid, this stove is easy to put together. If burning straight wood or a fuel source such as hardwood pellets if feel confident in burning it inside. As advertised, no smoke very lil ember only little embers at initial startup. Can also cook anything on it. I also like that it comes with accessories. Putting together is just a matter of installing one handle and putting front latch door on. Total of tightening 4 screws and snapping on cooking rack. Very functional, I'm not paid or nor did I get item for free. Paying customer, advid outdoorsman, with the cost of propane continuing to climb I wanted an alternative way to cook efficiently and effectively at camp and this definitely fits the will. Wood burns long needs less fuel to cook on meaning less work and money. Size is equivalent to a basketball just square. It also fits littler cut wood don't expect to put 4 or 5 logs in it. Very powerful mini oven; comes preassembled; only a few steps to attach one handle and take the items stored in the oven out, and it's ready to go. I'm using a 30,000 mAh battery pack, and after burning the oven for more than 2 hours, there was still half of the battery left. The oven burns moist wood, but it's easier to start a fire with dry, small wooden pieces, then start adding moist wood and so on. The door opening takes time, so later on I started feeding the oven with mini wooden chunks and branches from the top instead. Using the door only for large wooden pieces. So far no signs of rust, no issues with the oven or the blowing fan, seems solid. ... show more

I was VERY VERY VERY skeptical about all the short video clips on the YouTube, and finally bit my tongue to give it a try. NO DISAPPOINTMENT. Only one exception that it blows out sooth because paper was used to start the fire and it is kinda messy. Beware of the flying ambers because of strong blowing flame. I am happy. ... show more

This is a high quality machine I'm not sure if it's a gasifier or a rocket stove or what it is definitely some kind of a hybrid you need to hook up a separate battery supply not a big deal it lasts a long time it's what feeds extra oxygen for the gasification process is very efficient my favorite way to use it is to get hardwood pellets bourbon is my favorite the smell is amazing and I believe it is the most efficient way of using it I have burnt green pine needles and it works as it is shown on the videos I wish they had more accessories and also a high quality walk would be nice ... show more
