Perfect for workouts and runs. I use them in my vest multiple times weekly and they do the job wonderfully. There is no curvature, but that is usually expected in this category of plates. Do not use for self protection, obviously.

Great product I feel like it can stop a bullet, sadly I got the heaviest and it was way to heavy for me so I recommend getting under 10 lbs for both plates
