This is a great vest. I have been using for about a month. Just finished the Murph on it. I have a guy who made the plates for me (10lbs in front, 10lbs back), and they fit so snug. There is Velcro inside the pockets to ensure it stays. There is a ton of Velcro on this thing to make it secure. Doesn’t bounce around after you get the sweat going. Squeaks a little bit, but it’s great. Very comfy. Has the padding on the inside and shoulder straps which are adjustable. Definitely love working out in it, and love the ability to put patches on it to customize it. And the lifetime warranty is incredible. Has held up in my work outs and sweat. Great vest. Highly recommend. Just be prepared for the loud ripping of Velcro…especially the first time opening it up. ... show more

I run with the vest several times a week. The fit is comfortable and the quality is great. Your shirt will ride up slightly during exercise, but not terribly. The molle design is a bit lacking, but laser cut keeps the thickness of the overall vest minimal. The front pocket is perfect for a cellphone and the Velcro is a nice touch for plenty of patches to add on. Wonderful for workouts, runs or any outdoor needs. Very durable and can withstand some tough workouts. Comfortable as well. The plates are sold separately which, I wish the already added some to the vest. For what you paid for it they could of atleast of done that.

First off, I love how quickly this product came in. I ordered it late in the evening and it arrived the next day! Secondly, I was extremely impressed with the quality of the vest. I inspected the entire thing and didn't have any tears or cuts. And the stitching is extremely strong. The inside of the vest has specific attachments that help keep the plates in place so they don't move around all willy-nilly in the middle of your workout. Thirdly, the shoulder pads are amazing! I got this vest with the two 8.75lb plates, so it's currently only a 20lb vest, but there is no pain on my shoulders! I can only imagine as I move up in weight plates, the shoulder pads will be a godsend. I highly recommend this vest and plate system! And I look forward to getting the heavier plates and really putting this vest to the test! ... show more

there’s a couple things that stand out about the vest that went above and beyond my expectations: (1) it was very comfortable. I didn’t know what two-8.75 lb steel plates would feel like on my torso, and as somebody who has never run with weights before I gotta say, it feels like a lot of weight at first, but you get used to it easily. The shoulder straps are comfortable and don’t chaff the skin, though I recommend you run with a shirt beneath it or a tank. The Velcro straps that secure the vest are fixed to your torso, and you can make them as tight as you want. I ran 5 miles with this carrier on in 90 degree heat and they felt great. I do wish that the plates were curved to fit the chest a little better, but it didn’t bother me after a while into my run. (2) they look great and give you some confidence for your workouts. You can get the carrier in a variety of colors or patterns but I went with the green because it looked the best to me. ... show more
