I had another wireless NVR but I wanted to upgrade with a better resolution and frame rate. I bought a 6 camera set and installed around house. I had issues with two of the cameras (noisy sound, image was perfect). I contacted after sales support (instead of sending back. I was surprised with the video quality for being wireless) and Emma, very friendly, helped me through WhatsApp with the issue. The pictures are from the phone app. The NVR can be watched on the TV as well through the HDMI port. The image is saved in the disk at 30fps so u can't see image jumps like others systems. I would like improvements for more settings in the app. I hope they update it. I give a 9/10. You won't find anything similar for the same price. And I compared a lot of products. Others NVR require utp/cat5 from the NVR. With this set you just need a plug and an extension cable if u need it (3 x $10) And the PTZ function it's awesome. If you put the camera at corner you can move it 270⁰ You won't have blind spots if you put at proper place. Thanks Emma for everything!!!!! I appreciate your help! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I have been using CCTV for over a decade on the same system and it still works, NVR and cams however I decided I wanted to upgrade the system a little like having PTZ capability and this system fit the bill perfectly. It is truly plug and play for the cameras to work. The online APP works great too! I am getting a wireless mouse for the system. Note: downloading the app can be a bit of a struggle since it is hard to distinguish what is the actual APP and what is advertising but I don't think this is the sellers fault and more of Google Play's fault and VERY ANNOYING! You have to sign up at the sellers site and the password stuff is a hassle but overall It is all worth it when everything is set up. I now can see what my dog is doing outside and it literally will track his movements. I can view system on my TV and phone and I have Alexa App enabled. It is so worth it. Night Vision is very good and bright! Side Note: I tried one of those Solar Powered Cams and battery drained after three days and solar could not keep up. The cam was nice but small solar panels could be a problem. I am very happy that these are plug in power. ... show more

Great cameras. Extremely easy install. NO MONTHLY FEE. Video quality is great. Had an issue with the speaker on one of my cameras and customer service was excellent. I spoke to Emma and she is shipping me a brand new replacement cameras with pairing instructions(no pairing needed on cameras in box-plug in and they connect). Happy with the purchase. Getting the cameras online was relatively easy. Only issue was when the directions/instructions said to scan the QR code on the devices, when actually, the QR code was on the monitor that is required to set the system up. The motion detection, even at the edges of the picture, is outstanding. Great picture from the cameras too. The mobile app is straight forward and easy to use. Cameras were easy to install. camera system was very easy to setup. All cameras came online in a few seconds. The wireless range fine and has not dropped the connection at all. customer service emailed me to ask if I was satisfied or had any problems, I had none. Was hesitant on doing a wireless system because wasn’t sure of how well they would pick up WiFi outside. These cameras have exceeded my expectations! Love the picture quality, easy setup, and range that they pick up WiFi is great! I highly recommend these for anyone think of a wireless system. Cut support was fantastic.
