An ideal portable wood burning stove for heating and cooking in small recreational spaces such as canvas wall tents, canvas bell tents, teepees, yurts, sheds, ice fishing shacks, tiny homes, bus conversions and more, Winnerwell Wood Burning Tent Stoves are precision crafted in 304 stainless steel that is durable, handles high heat well, and will never rust or corrode, making these stoves ideal for use in harsh outdoor environments. The Winnerwell Nomad View Medium Wood Burning Tent Stove includes 1 stove body, 5 sections of 2.5-inch diameter chimney pipe, 1 spark arrestor, and 1 ash scraper. The Nomad View Medium Stove differs from the woodlander stoves due to its rectangle shaped firebox, and nesting four-leg design. All chimney pipe sections stow inside the stove body and the side shelves double as a carry handle. At just 20 pounds with its compact size, the Nomad Medium wood stove is built to travel.Features to highlight include a glass viewing windows in the door and side panel for ambiance and fire management, side shelves for cooking utility, dual dampers for controlling airflow and burn rate, and decorative twisted metal handles.

  • Kept me warm in my E250 this winter
Had the idea for years and finally gave it a whirl. Turned my e250 into a primitive cabin on wheels. What's a cabin without a wood stove? Kept me dry and plenty warm in the PNW rainforest in Nov/dec(which is pretty amazing) and even cleared the mositure off the ceiling. I used it every day for 2 months straight until unexpected situations rendered me anchored until further notice. For the hearth I used a layer of brick and two sheets of tile on the floor( stove sits on tile) Galvinized steel roofing for the back and side with a lack of brick and tile for the back and side as well. I would even rage this fire all day and night on the days it poured. Just make sure you clean the pipes every 2-3days if it's used continuously (do it as much as possible with these little stoves). Put it right behind driver's seat(still have the factory cage installed just pulled off the top part of it to install the Dickson's 3 inch chimney- used 2.5 to 3 adapted for a muffler or whatever it was for outside pipe. Only need one piece of pipe and arrestor for the outside.) Never had any issues with this set up nor even close calls. The pipe can get really hot turning red especially when getting it going. I've thought about trying the tungsten one if I needed another one. As long as you know how to handle a wood stove this is fine. Didn't even need a CO meter but it's a really good idea. If your wood isnt ideally seasoned it can be miserable. I used it in public areas as well(mostly boondocking trying to be alone strategy though). Even at a rest stop once. After the fire is going as long as your wood is seasoned you can't even see the smoke coming out and I think most people just see it as an antenna because who would be crazy to have a stove in their van :) It was an awesome winter 😇 ... show more

  • Great stove for a novice wood stove user
First time fired up, this stove is a dream come true. It’s a lighter stove, and of course it’s small, but it does the job. I’ve only used it outside, I have yet to use it in my canvas tent, when winter comes around I’ll try to update my review. So far I don’t have any cons for this product! • It’s small enough to haul around with your gear
I used it for camping/hunting trip, and it was great

  • Great little stove
This is a nice little stainless steel stove. Very well built and fun to use. Not sure the “view” version matters.. the glass smokes you quickly and ya can’t really view the fire. Great little stove otherwise.

  • Great but the warping is problematic.
It's brilliant I love it. Great design. Made tea on it, to test it out, but I have issues with a warped ash drawer, and warped circular cooking top. The warping is likely from the welding because it was warped before I burned it.

  • Save your money.
Not worth the price. Gaps on door and cook top smoked out tent. Impractical, reload every half hour with damper half closed. Window on wrong side and dangerous around small children.
