I had read about this product by someone in a Facebook group and was somewhat skeptical because nothing else I have tried, including melatonin has worked like a charm. But let me tell you, this product is so effective at putting you to sleep and keeping you asleep that you may only need one or even half of one. My very large husband Took two, slept through the night and even felt a little groggy the next day because they work so well. So he only takes one. I’m not sure what the magic is with this combination of ingredients (which includes melatonin) but it is worth every penny. I like this product, but I will no longer order it from this distributor. These are gummies with sprinkling of possibly sugar on top. I have now received two orders that I ordered here on Amazon where the gummies seem to have been stored in a very hot warehouse. They are no longer individual gummies; they are all stuck together and quite flavorless. I’ve had these before but previously bought from a vitamin shoppe. The flavor is amazing, the texture is smooth and they really help me sleep without waking up feeling groggy. Only complaint is that they’re all really stuck to each other making it hard to get them out of the bottle.

As a person with a strange day to day routine, going to bed early and waking well rested is a must. Using these gummies, I was skeptical at first but I did feel more well rested though drowsy in the morning.
