First off shipping and delivery were flawless! Next this is my 2nd attempt, product stated to stop taking and try again months later if I went back to smoking while taking and advice was perfect. I had taken Chantix 3 times before it was pulled and wellbutrin once. I was smoke free 3 years, started new job and smoking shortly after. When I first attempted desmoxan I tried out of guilt for throwing away 3 years, but sadly my current circumstances of the dangers of the new job out weighed that guilt. I'm a year in and decide now was the time. I started with my first pack and bought this to finish out the treatment. By day 3 I was disinterested in smoking. I was completely done before day 5. The toughest part is keeping track of when to take it, so set an alarm if you have to. Every other side affect is mild compared to the previously drugs I have used. The dreams are there but not crazy, more realistic. The taste of cigarettes for me a Newport Menthol smoker is completely gone, its was like smoking air. My mood and personality are the same as before. No zombie feeling or severe aggression. This treatment is 25 days compared to 12 weeks and that alone makes it a great value for my money.     • Excellent ... but IMO need to go Cold Turkey
So this product is amazing in terms of eliminating the crankiness, and various other physical side effects of nicotine withdrawal. With that said, you really do have to go cold turkey on it ... after about day 2 or 3 at least, when enough of it has gotten into your system. It may initially cause you to dislike the nicotine, but you get past that phase pretty quickly, and unless you're committed to quitting, it's not going to work. So you need to either be extremely disciplined in cutting down the amount you smoke/vape each day through the first 5 days (which doesn't work for most people) or, IMO, go cold turkey after day 2 or 3 , when enough of it has built up in your system, and never look back. So I was a heavy vaper and quit without the usual extreme crankiness and other side effects, but only after 2 aborted attempts where I had not gone cold turkey, and therefore never ended up quitting. Even though I was a heavy user, I only needed about half the pack before I was done completely. So, later, every once in a while, I'd have these weird cravings or weird feeling in my head, and so I would take another pill on demand whenever those types of sensations arose, and it took care of the problem. I did like 5 pills for 3 days, 4 for 3, 3 for 3, 2 for 3, 1 for 3, and then I was done. Every few days after that I might take 1 pill on demand. But this stuff is amazing. I have some kids in their early 20s who are also using this and they're also making great progress. ... show more

Purchased for a family member that urgently needed to quit smoking for health reasons. He smoked for over 50 years approximately 75+ cigarettes a day. He had tried quitting in the past and he was never able to make more than 3 days. You have to want to stop, but these amazing pills had him stop smoking completely in 5 days. This stuff is amazing. Why in the world it’s not known more about in the US is beyond me…well, not anymore!! I’ll shout it from the rooftops! This stuff WORKS!! I used it hand in hand with switching my tobacco ciggs slowly transitioning to all Mullein (google that too for your smoking cessation research). I have had zero withdrawal symptoms, I’ve had great dreams I sleep very hard naturally, not sure if this had any affect on that. I took the recommended dose for the first 2 weeks- then I’ve just taken one a few times a day. I was really ready to quit too…but I just never thought I would be able to. I tried quiting several times over the almost 30 years I was a smoker. I found these pills and decided at less then 30 dollars what did I have to lose really. I haven't even wanted a cigarette in over a year now. Loving life as a non smoker!

    • Not bad, not great
To preface, I have daily stress and some mental health issues that might make quitting more difficult than the average person. I didn’t fully quit on these pills but I would tell others to try them since everyone’s circumstances and brain chemistry are different. Here’s my honest experience. Pros: I did notice a significant reduction in cravings and withdrawal symptoms. Smoking felt more like a choice vs a compulsion and immediate need. I felt a bit more relaxed after taking one, and the pills are very small and easy to swallow (which is important when you’re taking several a day). Cons: I just wasn’t able to quit fully. They say you should stop by day 5 but I did not feel able to do that. I also had tons of very vivid dreams and night waking which ultimately made me very tired and consequently wanted to smoke more to wake myself up. The dreams turned into nightmares and I had to stop taking these at day 15. I was very sad about it because these seemed so promising and got great reviews. These are definitely not placebo and they seem to work fantastic for some people. I bought multiple boxes for me and a friend so I’ll be trying it again in the future. Maybe it just wasn’t the right time for me, or I need to work on the fear of quitting some more for the 5th day. I would not deter someone else from trying them, but I wish I had better results. ... show more

Rough year, picked up smoking again after several tragic events, quit smoking three times, used this each time to quit, its my go to solution now. I've tried everything from cold turkey to medications, gum lozenges this is the only thing that works for me. Will buy again if I need it, takes several weeks to get here but worth the wait, closest thing to someone smacking that damn cigarette out of your hand. ... show more
