No cramping, totally comfortable. Just be sure to take when you'll be near a bathroom all day. For the love of god, do not take it when you'll need to drive or travel anytime soon. The recommended adult dose is 30 mL to 60 mL. I took 30 mL at first, and it didn't work. A few days later, I tried again with 60 mL. I then visited the bathroom every 1-2 hours for the entire day. I’ve struggled with going regularly my whole life. To top it off, I take a constipating medication daily. I’ve been trying magnesium citrate but must not be taking a high enough dose…. It does nothing. I’ve even tried digestive enzymes, probiotics, miralax, and exlax chocolates. I hate most of those because I get really gassy and crampy. Of course I ordered this awhile back for my preschooler, who struggles with encopresis. It worked great during his colon clean out, but I never thought about trying it myself. My clothes this week haven’t been fitting and I feel so uncomfortable. On a whim, I decided to try a kids dose before bed. I took 15mL around 12:30am. I chugged it straight and took a chaser of water after. The taste is fine, didn’t linger. I was afraid I’d be running to the bathroom all night, but I didn’t feel any sort of urge to go until the next morning. I had a few tummy gurgles at one point, but was able to sleep fine. I drank lots of water before bed and when I woke up. I finally felt the need to “try” around 10:30am after my coffee. I can’t say I had explosive amounts or got anywhere near cleaned out, but I did have some movement finally! ZERO cramping or pain, which is surprising since it’s been at least a week. Prior to taking it, I literally looked like I was in my 2nd trimester. My stomach was SO hard, big, and bloated. After a few rounds in the bathroom I felt lighter and so happy!! My mood was better and I actually got stuff done around the house. My tummy is back to normal and my pants fit again. i even lost a few pounds. I’m going to stick with this method: a tiny dose before bed until I can devote an entire day to sitting in The bathroom. I’m a single mom with a special needs kiddo, so I can’t take time out like that! 😅 I’ll do it gradually. UPDATE: yes, your body will get used to this if taking it daily. Now I take it once or twice a week in a higher dose (30mL-45mL). Only once did I feel discomfort, but it was way less than enemas or milk of magnesia. Worth a try for sure. 👍🏼 ... show more

I took a full dose, a full cap. Took about 2-3 hours to really feel anything. It did create cramps but nothing too crazy but enough to make me stop to take a breath lol. Going was easy, felt empty afterwards. Taste is ehhh.. not horrible but not great, definitely took it like a shot.

I promise you, this stuff works, and it works pretty fast. And the process is painless ! No cramping at all. I am embarrassed to admit that due to a medication that I was recently prescribed (Xerelto), I was unable to move my bowels for THREE weeks. I'm so serious. I was so uncomfortable, I felt heavy, sluggish, and slowed down, and my stomach was huge. I had tried 2 other laxatives and neither had me pass even a pebble size... My next plan was going to the ER for an enema (I had gotten desperate). That is until my cousin told me to try liquid Dulcolax. I did, and then a miracle happened. I promise you that I weighed myself once I was done and I was 8.2 pounds lighter. Just one cap full (to the rim) gave me that relief.
