I love this stuff. I've bought 3 this year. It's VERY strong at first, but it does get weaker over time. I would say it works pretty well for about 3-4 months before having to get another. I found it to be very helpful for nausea and recommend this to anyone who needs nausea relief. I also love the feel of it when you inhale; it's absolutely invigorating, crisp and fresh. I'm a graduating college senior, working on a thesis project. I barely have time to sleep, which means I definitely don't have time to deal with morning sickness. A quick whiff of this instantly relieves the nausea I suffer from when I don't get enough sleep. It also helped with the hangover I had after St. Patrick's day. I'm a guy and it honestly looks like a tampon to me, but I still keep it on my bedside mini fridge (with the ginger ale and adult ale lol). There's a hole on the tip and I just stick it in my nostril and breathe deep. I enjoy the menthol like feeling of the peppermint. It's light and small enough to carry in my pocket everyday. I don't know how long it will last, but I will definitely buy it again when it expires. I was advised to try this by my super health-nut, bone marrow donor. I'm emetiphobic, which means, literally phobic of vomit or vomiting. Just seeing that V word is like the worst cuss word to me. This stuff is helpful to ease an upset stomach. I won't say if you have food poisoning this will save you, but if you're queasy on a road trip, or hangover, this stuff is very helpful. I was very skeptical of this, but with the morning sickness I had, I order this along with a few other items to try out. I got up this morning started to feel sick and sniffed this and it INSTANTLY went away. Before I'd be sick for about 3 hrs after I woke up. This is amazing. I like that its not something you have to put on your body and the sent is very strong (not in a bad way) and seems like this tube will last for a while. I'm sure if you were to mix the same oils together you would get the same effect but oils can get expensive. Overall great product and SO glad I made the purchase. ... show more

I was barely able to eat and was vomiting daily and this helped me get through it! Not the end all be all though...I would also take the Tummy peppermint lozenges and had to take Vit B with Unisom AS PRESCRIBED by my doctor (do not take anything not suggested by a doctor)...Thank you for making such a wonderful product and I hope my review helps other moms or those struggling with nausea and vomiting. ... show more

Ordered this product for pregnancy nausea. Opened it up and the opening you smell looks torn open and packaging is sticky and cheap. On top of that it does not smell good. Will not be using.
