It's ok, but not worth $10. It pretty much only Smells like peppermint. I'm willing to bet if I buy a bag of peppermints and sniff it will do the trick just as much as this... it does not get rid of headaches. Aromatherapy definitely helps me sometimes, but I don't think this conconction is anything to rave about. ... show more

I love this stuff. I've bought 3 this year. It's VERY strong at first, but it does get weaker over time. I would say it works pretty well for about 3-4 months before having to get another. I found it to be very helpful for nausea and recommend this to anyone who needs nausea relief. I also love the feel of it when you inhale; it's absolutely invigorating, crisp and fresh. Smells great too; definitely authentic essential oils. I even use it when I'm not sick to my stomach just because it smells and feels so good! And to top it all off, the shipping was lightening speed. I ordered it yesterday and got it today! (and I didn't pay for quicker shipping). ... show more

I'm a graduating college senior, working on a thesis project. I barely have time to sleep, which means I definitely don't have time to deal with morning sickness. A quick whiff of this instantly relieves the nausea I suffer from when I don't get enough sleep. It also helped with the hangover I had after St. Patrick's day. I'm a guy and it honestly looks like a tampon to me, but I still keep it on my bedside mini fridge (with the ginger ale and adult ale lol). There's a hole on the tip and I just stick it in my nostril and breathe deep. I enjoy the menthol like feeling of the peppermint. It's light and small enough to carry in my pocket everyday. I don't know how long it will last, but I will definitely buy it again when it expires. I was advised to try this by my super health-nut, bone marrow donor. As a cancer survivor I recommend you skip the meds and take a whiff of this instead. ... show more

    • hard to open and doesn't work
Caution: unable to return and very hard to open. Should have had a screw open and close. Instead it is a pull thing which is really hard if you have arthritis.
