Wikiwiki as a brand name may seem to be silly and trite. To me, after setting it up I felt like a bit of Hawaii on my patio. The bright sun was great on some seating and perfect shade on others. I like reading outdoors and too much sun is hard on the eyes. I also like sitting outdoors in the light rain and this makes it possible. Setup was easy and the only tool required was included. Though I found it faster to use a ratchet socket wrench for the four base mount bolts. Everything else was simply adding the pole to the base and cranking up the canopy. I like how easy it is to change the 'attitude' of the canopy by moving the support arm and locking it in place. My wife of 5'5" and average weight was also able to adjust it with ease. Features that I like on this umbrella are the upgrades to sturdy pole, velcro tie to bind the canopy to the pole so light winds do not shift it around, and the build in tie strap to hold it together when lowered. I also found the weighted base that uses 4 bags of sand (available at hardware store) works great and is easy to set up for very stable foundation - even in moderate windy conditions. Features that I'm looking forward to using are the lighting attachments and cover for outdoor winter storage. I recommend this model for anyone seeking classy looking practical shade! ... show more

Update #3. Company reached out and offered to ship me a replacement. It arrived pretty fast and this one is much better. They were out of the beige and sent me a blue one with a promise to ship a new beige top so I could swap it out. We wound up liking the blue one better and they were nice enough to say they would send me another blue top I’m place of the beige one so I’ll have a spare. I have to say that this company is VERY responsive and the customer service is top notch. 4 stars for the product and 5 for the service. You can purchase this knowing that if there is an issue, this company will go out of its way to make it right. ———————————————————— Update #2 I decided to take it fully apart and in doing so I found that one of the cross bars does not lay flat it rocks back and forth like it is warped. Still waiting for the company to reach out. Still like this umbrella so I hope that is what the issue is. ________________________________________________________________________________________________ Update: I really wanted to like this umbrella. It looks amazing but ever since I put this up there was a slight lean to it which has gotten worse. I have a weighted base and it is level. I used a socket wrench to tighten the bolts to the cross brace so the lean is within the metal of the pole itself. It’s too top heavy and the metal must be too weak. I’m majorly disappointed. I’m putting this out there in hopes the company contacts me to make it right. I’m willing to give them that chance. See pics attached. —————————— Lightweight but surprisingly sturdy. Quality shows in pole holder attachment to crossbars. Crossbars are heavy but there is no way you can use this without a base or securing directly to floor. There are holes in the crossbars for you to do that, BTW. I suggest to watch the video the manufacture has connected to this item. I can verify everything mentioned in there is true. Set up by one person was under 10 minutes not including filling the base bought separately. ... show more

I love color and it is sturdy not sure yet about the fade resistance. I just got this and I love it so far you need a good sturdy stand for this as you see in the picture some state that it's not sturdy enough or stability but so far mine is doing great, get a good stand for this umbrella. I showed all my furniture because I redid all of my pool area rugs. I love them the other blue umbrella I bought from Amazon as well. I just let everything about my pool maybe posted too many pictures but I just love to decorate so I'm very happy with it and the color is really nice . ... show more

We have two 10 FT Cantilever Outdoor Umbrellas on our deck. Generally last about 2-3 years at best. This product is by far a better quality than the dozen others purchased in this price range over the years. However, we don't use the "base" portion at all. We have a 2" x 2" (square) steel pipe, about 4' long attached to the side of the deck. The upper portion of the umbrella fits inside the 2" x 2" square pipe and eliminates the need for the base, which can be an issue for some folks. You can rotate the umbrella easily using this setup and it stands straight without leaning at all. Highly recommend this umbrella overall. Hope this helps. ... show more

The holes were drilled backwards. When the umbrella is put together the correct way the safety spring clip does not pop out and secure it in place, if you turn the umbrella backwards the piece fits in and the clip snaps to lock in place. I called Amazon as I just need the one piece to be sent to me with the holes correctly drilled, my only option is to return the whole thing which is a hassle as I no longer have the box (thought this would be a quick fix) and to take this all apart and drive it 30 miles to the UPS store for drop off is a little crazy when all I need is the one part. I thought of drilling it to make it fit but then I would not be able return it. I have had another one in the past I got from Amazon with no issues and loved it. Really disappointed that taking this thing apart and returning the whole unit is my only option ... show more
