I ordered this fountain a couple of months ago (August) as I was moving locations and going to use it at my desk as an aesthetic as well as white noise. It never came out of the box and wasn't opened until today for the first time. Not only is it broken (all along the base) which I was willing to overlook or try to fix myself, but there's no power cord either! Very disappointed, as I was looking forward to this being a really nice product. Update: The company replaced the product and worked with me to fix the issue. The media could not be loaded. I think this is a nice value and a pretty fountain. I did add a few stones to the bottom chamber so that I could hear the water a little bit better. Otherwise you can’t hear the water very well. Overall, I am happy!

I would have gladly paid more for something that didnt feel so cheap and junky. They claim its high quality poly material. Felt like low end plastic to me. The media could not be loaded. This os exactly what I was looking for. The fountain is the perfect size for my table and the water sound is jusy right. I was wary about buying this because of some comments but I'm happy ai took a risk. This is very worth it.

There's a lot to like about this water fountain and one, possibly big, dislike. The fountain is easy to assemble. Insert the LED light. Attach the pump. Fill with water (distilled recommended). Plug in and watch the cascading water. It looks great. Others have commented that the fountain is quiet and that it is. The pump is very quiet. No noise there. BUT so is the falling water. If you are looking for a fountain with the relaxing sound of falling water (which I kinda was) this is not the water fountain for you. Honestly I'm not sure I will keep it. For now I will run it for a few days with the hope that it grows on me. Then I will decide whether to keep it or return it. ... show more

Got it for a little trickle sound, which is what you get, a very little trickle sound. The spinning ball and light are fine. I did add some decorative rock as it needs something to give it flare.

UPDATE: The company was very quick to respond in helping me get a new pump when the plug broke. I fully appreciate a company that stands by their products. I only gave three stars due to the pump plug breaking but they immediately sent me a new one. Its refreshing to see a company that cares and fixes what they can to keep thier customers happy Five stars I really loved this feature however I could not give it more than three stars as i have had it less than a year and the prong broke off the plug in the outlet.
