I searched and searched for several weeks trying to decide if I wanted to go electric instead of gas. I was worried about not having enough pressure and durability. After looking at pretty much every model out there, and reading more reviews than I care to remember, I finally decided to try this model, WHOLESUN 3000PSI Electric Pressure Washer 2.4GPM Power Washer 1600W I'll admit when I first unpacked this thing I had some doubts. Don't let it's appearance fool you. It was very easy to put together, with very few assembly parts. Let me also add that you need to buy the "pressure washer turbo nozzle" from either Harbor Freight, Lowes or wherever you can find one. This turbo nozzle made a big difference in speed and power for cleaning dirt dobber nest, spider webs, and concrete floor. I started on my carport washing the vinyl, then moved down the red brick columns. I'm used to the loud gas washers so I was very surprised at how quiet this washer is. It was also very nice to not worry about getting gas or smelling the fumes from the exhaust. The pressure was impressive and it cleaned the dirt dobber nest and spider webs easily. Then I moved down to the concrete floor. The turbo nozzle, combined with the good pressure, actually stripped off the old worn paint from the floor. You have to slow down and let it work, but it will work if your just a little patient. I was very glad and surprised it was powerful enough to do this. I have been wanting to repaint the floor anyway, so I was very glad it was able to strip it clean. When I the finished the floor it was clean down to the original white concrete, with just few spots of paint left over. I got so carried away and I forgot to take pictures. With the cost of wood being so high this year we are putting off replacing our large deck. We decided to refinish what we have instead. Looking for something affordable and powerful enough to get the old paint off, we decided on this model because it was the least expensive with the highest psi rating. I used this machine for about 12hrs in the first couple days after it arrived. I was able to get just about every bit of paint off of the wood without damaging anything whatsoever. It’s very lightweight, extremely easy to maneuver, even easier to store away while not in use. The deck came out so nice that we may not even have to replace it for another 5 years. I’ve had it for over a month. we have used it to wash the driveway, patio, garage and the siding. It works really well and has just about every setting you could possibly use for just about any cleaning project you Will come across as a homeowner. I bought this May of 2021 and I am just getting around to using it. My boyfriend has a gas powered power washer and told me that this electric one would not do me any good. I asked him several times to power wash my house and deck, and he always forgot. I asked some people at work and they recommended that I get an electric power washer. In my cart it went. I've never used a power washer before and I was a bit skeptical. I have used three of the nozzles - 0, 25 and 40. I used this on my composite deck boards and it did a really great job. I had to get extra close to clean some of the biological growth off the deck, but the normal grim came off pretty easily. I'm not sure what is considered "normal" for distance from an object. Normal grime came off within 6 inches or so, the hard to clean stuff I had to be within about 3 to4 inches of it. I also used it on my wood frame of the deck and it took off the greyed color and grime. I used it on my patio below the deck as well. All in all, not too bad. Worth the money. It took me approximately 5 hours to clean a 14' x 10' composite deck, the wood frame underneath, and the patio below. One thing this did not do a good job at was the deck railing. I was right up on the pvc railing and it did not take everything off. The deck railing is 2 years old, so not old and sun beaten -- this replaced that! I think part of the reason was because we are in a dry spell right now as most of the country is. Once things got wet, they came of easier when I came back to them. It still did not get everything off. No worries, the railing will clean up with soap and a sponge ( I've gone this before, tried to used washer to make it easier ). As far as cleaning a house... no way is this going to clean a house from any sort of distance. If there was an attachment, quite possibly. I've found that you need to be pretty close to get anything spotless with this machine. It definitely will not do a second story from the ground. The washer itself is pretty lightweight. As some have mentioned, the limiting factor for use is the power cord or the hose, which can be heavy to lug around. The connection from hose to the machine needs to be tight or it will leak. Also, the metal piece behind the plastic hose connection needs to be tight as well. I found that the metal piece came lose and was leaking there moreso than at the plastic connection to the hose. Easy to store everything except the nozzles, which has also been mentioned. I don't think I will have a need for the brush attachment. I have yet to use the cleaning bottle. I don't think you can put anything into the machine as far as cleaner. You have to use the bottle attachment which comes after the machine discharge, so I'm not sure why someone was talking about not using bleach in the machine ( unless they meant the bottle attachment ). ... show more
