This is the best multivitamin I've ever used! The natural, organic whole food ingredients are fantastic, and I've had no negative side effects. My urine has turned bright yellow, almost neon, which I don't mind, because I know it's just all the different herbs and nutrients doin' their thing. So don't be alarmed if you see the same thing. This multivitamin is potent and it's given me increased energy and focus while slightly reducing my overall chronic pain, which is great when you have an exhausting chronic illness (fibro, CFS, degenerative discs, etc.) to deal with! The tablets are a bit on the larger side, but I don't have much trouble swallowing them. If you do, just take one at a time. I also bought this multivitamin for my mom, who has osteoarthritis, and her pain and mobility have improved significantly, after just one dose. After one week of daily use, her severe limping is almost completely gone and she hasn't needed a single Advil for hip pain. I'm telling you, this has been the single most significant remedy for her and it's such a blessing! The last ones I ordered were a different brand. These pills are huge. Don’t know how I will like. I’ll report later. My last pills were capsules and easy to swallow.

Reviews make me wish we had a comment section. This product has done everything I need it to do. I sleep better, I feel better and I am no longer lacking in nutrition. Many of the complaints were they received crushed up/ broken pills so to solve that issue they supplied a large amount of cotton in the bottle to stop them from bouncing around in shipping and people still complained about there being too much cotton and not enough tablets. There is 120 tablets, you take 4 a day that’s 30 day supply. I take 2 in the morning with my breakfast and 2 in the evening with my dinner. The tablets are not horse pills as people have made them out to be. There is a thing of taking one at a time. I do not struggle so neither should you. Everyone is different, take 2 a day if 4 is too much and then you’ll have a 2 month supply. I’m sad they are not in stock at the moment, I’m due for my next order, but when they do come back in stock I will order again. ... show more

These seem soooo good, they have a great combination of vitamins but the pills are way too big? I just consumed them for a few days because every time I took them I felt them almost getting stock in my throat, very unpleasant feeling. I even tried to break them in half but they crumble in powder and also feels worse drinking them down with the broken rough edges! Love these whole foods multi, since day one of taking them! On my second re order now. Although four are required for a full serving, which seems inconvenient, it's worth it, once you see the quality of the product. I have only found one other whole food multi that even came close to this and I purchased it off of thrive market. It is pricey, but you get what you pay for.
