When the brush arrived today the packaging was beat up and the brush has noticeable cracks and scratches on the side with Bell on it, which bugs me but I don't find it worth sending it back. I love my belle disney brush and I am 26 I been using disney wet brushes for years and I love them so much I took of one star because belle neck looked a little scratch but I love it so much . And I do have tangled hair and it works for my hair .
