The black is a sleek color with a nice design. The only thing is it should have a handle attachment that folds down when not in use for more stability. If you walk faster you must pay attention. Update: Customer Service is great! They have promptly contacted me and were offering a refund. However, I took the cover off and discovered there was in fact something stuck in there: a dog toy! The first time I hadn’t noticed it because it was black. No idea how that ended up in there, but here we are. With some difficulty I managed to remove it and treadmill is running fine once again. (Although I had to break the grill underneath the motor housing to get it out) ———————— I have loved this item, and only owned it two weeks. However, it suddenly stopped working and gave me an error code E05. E05 means the treadmill motor is damaged or something is blocking it. Nothing is blocking it. I am dissatisfied, and I purchased this treadmill because of the length of the treadmill running pad. I will see if customer service will help me. ... show more

However, here I am on unit number two and the remote will not turn on unit or when it does then you can’t adjust speed.
