This item arrived on time, it is not to heavy and takes only one individual to set up. Works for people who need to lose weight and the belt doesn’t slip. The black is a sleek color with a nice design. The only thing is it should have a handle attachment that folds down when not in use for more stability. If you walk faster you must pay attention. As a nursing student, I can spend up to 6 hours studying. I wanted to take advantage of the time and use it towards exercise. I bought this treadmill in hopes to help me stay active while reading and it has been the best investment so far. You can track your progress through the app, can incline the treadmill, and most importantly; it is not loud! It comes with a remote to help increase, decrease, or pause. The pad is a great size and can be easily stored under my desk. It had a digital screen that tells you your time & speed. What more can you ask for! After researching walking pads for weeks, this one looked best! I was so excited when it got delivered and I immediately set it up using the instructions in the manual - I adjusted the belt to center it, and also lubricated it and let it run for 5-7 minutes. The very first time I began walking on it the belt started skidding underneath my feet and I almost fell off of it twice! When walking, the belt also shifts completely to one side - the edge of it starts grinding against the inside wall of the treadmill. I got off and adjusted it every time this happened, but there was no fix. I was never able to walk for more than 2 minutes without having to stop. I contacted the seller/company about the issues I was having, and they asked me to send 2 videos to show the issues. I sent a video of the belt shifting to the side while I walked (you could hear the grinding), and another video of my feet losing balance when the belt skidded beneath me (although this is hard to show unless you're the one feeling it). After sending an explanation and both videos, I requested a refund for a defective/unsafe product - I still have not gotten a response back from the company. I'm hoping I can get my money back for this since I never even got to use it! What a letdown! ... show more
