I use lidocaine cream often but I had never seen it in a roll on. When I removed the top, it seemed to have leaked a bit, it was super wet. I'm guessing that it might have frozen during shipping since we had very cold temps the past few days. Other than that, the roll on works well. It mentions 'no mess' and that certainly is true. One small disadvantage I see here is that it might be difficult to determine how much is left in the bottle, but the weight should give an estimate at least.     • Fast and easy way to numb the pain
The liquid does provide a nice and cool way to numb the under the skin. As it's a roll on all you need to do is shake it a few time to make sure the liquid gets on the rolling ball before you roll it on the area you want to apply it on. It's quick too as it's a liquid vs a cream so it immediately applies to the area you roll on and you don't have to go back and forth over the same area. As it's a liquid you don't need to spread it like a cream either. There's lots of liquid in the bottle so you'll be able to use it for a while. Good travel size. ... show more

This products seems to help somewhat. The roller ball is nice in that your hands don't get messy or have a smell to linger on them. The scent on this product doesn't linger too long which is good. The product doesn't cause any irritation to my skin. Note: my last review could not be published because the email said it was against community standards but I have no idea why since I did not use any bad language or anything else that is on their list??? Only after rubbing this all over my sore shoulder and elbow did I read the label which says this is an "Anorectal (hemorrhoidial) cream" - no where on the Amazon page listing does this mention the word "hemorroid" or "rectal" at all! So I feel mislead now that I know they purposely left out details on the Amazon page. I can't imagine one applying this in the area it's meant for, it's a roll-on stick, and then re-using it later. This sounds horribly unsanitary! Setting all of that aside, even though I did apply this to my arms, I did not feel anything at all. No tingling, no numbness, no warmth, no cold. Nothing at all. I have used lidocaine products before, and 5% should be pretty strong, but I don't feel anything at all! So to sum it all up: This is a hemorrhoid cream, not at all meant for sore muscles. The Amazon listing excludes key details about this product, and even then it doesn't work. There is no reason at all to buy this. ... show more

So, my spouse has been suffering from lower back pain this past month. We're not exactly sure how it happened or why, but it has limited her ability to play sports. She has been using menthol patches on her lower back, but when I went to buy her some more, I found a Walmart brand that has 4% lidocaine. I figured it would be better for her back than menthol, which is just a cooling type agent. Anyways, I was right. She absolutely loved the lidocaine patch, and it help relieve a lot of her pain. To the point where she could start playing pickleball again. Anyways, I saw this on Vine and thought maybe it would work great. So, how well does this work? A friend of ours used it on her elbow, because she was having some pain from playing pickleball earlier in the day. She said it helped her a lot. However, my wife used it as well on her lower back, and she said it didn't work nearly as well as the lidocaine patch. We think it may be because the roll on gel gets wiped off whenever she puts her shirt back on. We tried different things, though, like letting it air dry for 15 minutes. She still prefers the lidocaine patch instead. What I'm thinking may be better is to use this with a menthol patch, or a re-used lidocaine patch. We're going to keep trying this stuff out, but for now, my wife's lower back pain has mostly resolved. She's able to do sports and exercise now. ... show more

Got this through the Vine. Almost as good as prescription strength. Perfect for back, shoulder, knee, leg, and all pains all over the body. The child proof feature is about adult proof, you really need to squeeze to get it opened. It is also very expensive compared to others. Overall, good.

This roll on lidocaine is so convenient. Have used it on my feet and it provides nice topical relief. So much easier to use than lotions, creams, or patches. Very easy to bring along with you which is a nice bonus.

This roll on is much more convenient to use than traditional creams or ointments. You get the same results without the mess. The product works as intended. As expected, there is a medicinal scent but after applying to my skin, I did not notice the smell at all. After drying, there is no sticky or greasy feeling and the area to which I applied the roll on actually felt more moisturized. I am assuming this is due to the aloe vera.
