i am going to give this a 5 star despite that fact that i personally have not used it yet as my wax casting class is currently on break. BUT i can tell you that once one person in the class ordered this and used it, everyone else in the class as ordered it. it is suppose to be much easier to use. so am excited to really get to use it ... show more

This thing is great. I have noticed that batteries tend to get pretty hot if you use it for too long, and it eats through them quickly. But it does the job and is frankly pretty fun to use. It's currently one of my favorite tools.
