The treadmill was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. It looks exactly like the picture. It didn't require any assembly. It is really easy to use. All you have to do is loosen the handrail with the knobs and push it to an upright position. Then, tighten the knobs to secure the handrail and fold out the back half (while the belt is still a little slack, you need to make sure it is centered and then you just push the back half of the treadmill down.) The belt runs great and the treadmill is quiet. It is also easy to move around (just put it back into the folded position and use the wheels on the bottom.) In addition to being easy to use, the treadmill is very sturdy and it is easy to transport. I recently visited my daughter and brought it with me (it fit perfectly into the back of my small SUV). I absolutely loved this walking pad treadmill! It's so compact, it fits perfectly not taking up a ton of space. What really impressed me was how quiet it is – I can use it while watching TV or working without disturbing anyone. The workouts are effective, and the interface is super easy to navigate.     • An Excellent Under-Desk Treadmill

The MC11 is my second Walking Pad product. I had first generation Walking Pad A1 Pro and I've replaced that unit with this MC11. While I enjoyed the A1 Pro, my fitness improved such that I wanted to use faster speeds than the A1 Pro is rated for. After reviewing the available units and competitors, I decided on the MC11. I like Walking Pad's bi-fold design, which takes less space to store in my home office. While I have not done a side-by-side comparison, the MC11 sounds quieter than my A1 Pro; and it easily achieves speeds higher than the A1 Pro's maximum. The unit is a bit wider than the A1 Pro due to the fold-up handle design, but it still stores easily in the corner of my office. The unit is quick to roll-out and setup, and folds away quickly and easily. I set it up and put it away every day with little to no effort. I prefer the controls integrated into the fold-up bar over the A1 Pro's remote control. One recommendation for the Walking Pad team would be allow the user to customize the speed increase and decrease increments on the integrated controls. Currently, controls increase/decrease by 0.5MPH increments, and I would prefer 0.25MPH, or to make this user-configurable via the mobile app settings. Pretty good. My family members and I have been using it for a few months. It's easy to set up and move around. It's width is great for my family members, but it's a bit too narrow for me. Still, I end up plopping it in front of our TV and walking 2.5-5 miles each time at a rate of 2-5 mph. I sometimes read while walking too, and it really helps pass the time. ... show more

I’ve had this treadmill for a couple of weeks now and have used it daily. I bought this to replace an older, full size treadmill and I couldn’t be happier. I mostly walk at 4 mph while watching Netflix and this treadmill is nice a quiet and offers a smooth surface to walk on. The best part is that it folds up compactly and is able to stand on its side and be wheeled around. When not in use I am able to place this treadmill in a closet which is a huge advantage over traditional treadmills. I have also tried running on this treadmill and have been impressed which how sturdy it is at higher speeds given how light weight it is. The MC11 is a high quality walking pad and is well worth its price (it is a Kingsmith product). It is relatively compact and easily foldable to manage having it in small apartments and such. Even though it is somewhat heavy as delivered I could manage to move it into my apartment and room of choice using a cart. But the installation is a cinch and just requires the unfolding of the assembled machine, connect the power cord and get walking. As simple as that! And I have been walking an hour each day (just to make myself mobile and active after hours of sitting and working on the computer) and able to meet my walking goal of 10,000 steps a day. I haven't tried running on it though it is doable as others have pointed out in their reviews. I very much recommend this walking pad for anyone interested in getting one since it has the quality of workmanship and looks good for a long duration of use. ... show more

I love the compactness of this treadmill but it’s very sturdy and large enough to walk or run on, when opened up. As I’m sure everyone knows, this doesn’t incline. It’s definitely not light so don’t expect to get it upstairs without help, for example. The only reason it’s fine for moving around once taken out of the box is because of the wheels, those make it easy. Although the iPhone holder that comes with it is not large, it’s large enough to hold my iPad. I do wish there was a water bottle attachment. Very happy with this purchase though. ... show more

This is an awesome walking pad! The weight of it is wonderful especially when rolling it around my home. The ease of storage is phenomenal. I love how I can just unfold it before working out and promptly refold it after working out to roll it back into its storage area in my home. The speed on this walking pad is also great, also i love how comfortable the speed adjustment is when going from slow to fast and fast to slow. Its so comfortable and gives me no issues on my joints. This is an amazing design, and I tell any of my friends and family that are in the market for a walking pad to add more healthy activities to their lives that this is definitely the one to consider. ... show more
