It's literally already set up for you! I love that you can easily do anything on it, walk, jog, run. I gave it 4 stars because of the padding had some weird mark on it. But overall it does what it needs to do to get your steps in! 🚶♀️

The media could not be loaded. I love that this treadmill can be used with the arms down up to almost 4 miles an hour and can exceeded 7 miles an hour when the safety bar is in the upright position🥰🙏
