I was so excited to receive this because I have wanted a walking pad for such a long time. Prime day was the perfect opportunity. First red flag - zero instruction manual. Sure there are stickers on it but I’d like a manual even if it was broken English. Belt oil - there is a little image and a plug but no real instructions. I went to google but nothing could be found. Most all day put the silicone oil under the belt to protect the belt and such but no where could I find any instructions of filling a specific spot. I’m not tall but I’m not short. My walking stride on the pad has to be greatly adjusted to not fall. While walking my foot hit the edge and a piece broke. The belt - omg…it’s leaning left it’s leaning right - it doesn’t stay centered. I can basically do 1 mile without too much worry - major dislike and disappointment. Don’t recommend. Total regret - at least I got it on Prime Day. I received an email today from the seller and the subject was Compensation Scheme. I promise you and all who are reading this - I have never been so infuriated and offended by a customer service department. This was the utmost of unprofessional- while they said “sorry” they pointed fingers to Amazon for not inspecting the product. What?!?!?! A user manual in their packaging or a website with it - that’s not Amazon’s fault come on!!!! Do not recommend the product or the seller!!! ... show more

The quality of the Treadmill is very very bad. I used it for a month and it broke my ankle. I really made a mistake buying this item. I do not recommend this at all. Only good thing is it is easy to use bt overall the worst item I shopped. Seller is also very very bad and non cooperative.
