I bought this on a whim to encourage me to exercise more when I work. It is small enough to fit between my standing desk and operate as expected. It has a nice remote to change your speeds that comes on a lanyard which is convenient. You are able to connect to the PitPat app that gives you lots of options for workouts and motivation. It is quiet enough that phone calls are not disturbed but you can hear operation in the room, it's very quiet though. The surface is smooth and easy to walk on. The size is great if you don't use huge stride steps and get off from your paced speed. The fact that it is small and lightweight enough to put up out of the way when not being used is a plus. Treadmill has some nice features our other walking pad does not. One being the oil reservoir to automatically keep the belt lubricated. Our first unit had issues, but we were sent a replacement by support. Pros- - Great packaging with lots of protection to the item in shipping - Quiet operation. At low speeds it hardly makes any noise. - Easy to keep the belt perfectly aligned and lubricated - Large clear display to track time and distance. (Haven't tried their app yet) - Simple quick start guide right on the belt when you unpack the machine - Very easy to move and store, but sturdy in use. Doesn't slide around the floor in use. Cons- - The sticker around the display tore while removing and took an extra few minutes to clean up residue and small sticker pieces. - The power cable is 90 degree angled. Lower profile, but a little extra twisting of the cable if you have an outlet on the opposite side. - We did have an issue with our first unit and had to get a replacement. ... show more

This walking pad is extremely convenient. It has allowed me to walk consistently everyday because I don’t have to go to the basement gym and be away from my family. It lives in the living room and is easily stowed away under the couch within minutes. It’s quite as can be, considering it’s a machine with a major moving part (the belt). Pluses: 1) it’s quiet. I received a loud one at first, I returned it and got a replacement and it has been great. 2) it’s moveable. This is a sturdy machine. It has to be or it can’t support your moving weight. However, the casters at the bottom on one side (for safety) allow it to be moved and slide under furniture with ease. 3) unlike some other ones, this particular model shows distance in miles, not kilometers. That’s a plus for us Americans. We don’t have to convert our mileage. 4) trouble shooting is simple. If the belt is bearing left while you walk, you just crank it with the provided wrench and it immediately corrects itself. If you do too much, you just adjust the other side. It took me 5 seconds to do it and it hasn’t gotten misaligned again. I’ve done 75 miles on it after. Cons: 1) it’s narrow. But that’s by design. It’s meant to be narrow so that it’s portable. This isn’t a full sized treadmill so don’t expect it to be. That also means that you must pay attention. If you are not centered, you WILL fall. I did - twice. Instead of returning it and getting a model that has handle bars, I just put two chair backs on either side and use them to keep my balance. That works for me but it is a compromise and if I had it in me to return it, I would pick the handle bar model. But I do have bad balance to begin with. So use your judgment. 2) it does NOT keep time. If you accidentally press “stop”, it will stop withOUT a recorded time or distance. So if you’re keeping track of your progress, you won’t know how many calories, distance, or time. I find this one the most annoying of the flaws. I make it a point to glance at my time and distance BEFORE I end my session. 3) you must use the remote to stop, start, increase or decrease the speed. The remote has a loose wrist band so I wear it on my wrist while I walk. You can also thread it through a lanyard to keep it hands free. 4) it does not have an emergency stop button to pull. All in all, I recommend this walking pad for this price point. I would probably have gotten a different model for my specific needs, but as it stands, I’m happy keeping this one. ... show more
