The Wagner 925e Elite Steamer uses chemical-free, pressurized, high- temperature steam to loosen and dissolve dirt, cut grease and grime, expel stains, and clean your surface. This steamer is versatile and can be used for a wide variety of household cleaning projects. Get the most out of this portable steamer by using the 20 included attachments to steam clean various areas of your home. It comes with a triangular steam mop to help clean your floors with the power of steam. The triangle steam mop and cleaning pad are perfect for use on stained concrete, ceramic tile, linoleum, vinyl, marble, sealed hard wood and granite. The carpet glider accessory is great for freshening carpets, removing dust particles, and leaving you with a clean surface. The steamer also comes with a window/tile squeegee, fabric adapter, microfiber bonnet, microfiber towel, triangular carpet glide, triangular poly/cotton pad, triangular microfiber pad, triangular mop head, jet nozzle, two extension poles, two brass utility brushes, four nylon utility brushes, a funnel and measuring cup. Once the steamer is turned on and water is added, the unit takes approximately 8 minutes to build pressure and heat up. When the steam pressure is built and the trigger is pulled, the steamer delivers up to 212°F of steam to the surface using 55 psi of pressure.

I had purchased a Bissell handheld steamer last year to remove PPF from my car. I had only used it once and it worked fine for that project and if I never used it again I got my monies worth out of it. However I got a notice from Amazon that the product was recalled and contacted Bissell and was given a full refund. I would have exchanged it for another product from them but they no longer had a similar model. I was happy with the handheld but it did have some downsides. It only held enough water for 5-6 minutes of use and although it was not heavy using it for an hour was really tiring. I searched Amazon and any number of similar type handhelds are available for ~$50 and planned to buy one when I happened on the Wagner. Its twice as much but a game changer. The tank is much larger and it works for 30 minutes before you have to add water. You have to pause, an orange light comes on to let you it need to build up steam, but even then it still works. The tank is on wheels and the handle is on a hose and very light and easy to use. Comes with multiple attachments for different jobs. I tried it on the grout in the tile kitchen floor and it removed built up grime with ease. See the before and after picture. As soon as I got this machine, I went straight to my kitchen grout! It blasted away the grime and MOLD that was hiding in the porous grout! My kitchen reeked of earthy/lake water so I looked it up, the smell was mold! Got my whole kitchen done with one tank of water and then resealed my grout. Next day on to the bathrooms. I used the bent attachment for up under the toilet rim and was shocked to see so much gross PEE running down. It blasted away areas my toilet brush couldn’t reach. The long attachment arms made doing the shower walls so easily and doing the floors without bending over. I am obsessed and addicted now. I was also able to remove cooked on food from my glass top stove that no other cleaners could do. The window squeegee part works ok but the steam still left spots but oh well it’s was sanitized and I just wiped dry with a towel. The ONLY complaint is the handle grip part. I was doing so much two days straight, I was getting blisters at the bottom of my thumbs/ inside palms. I will need to find something to wrap around those hard groves to pad the top of the handle but otherwise it’s been amazing. I also did my couch and loveseat with the cloth cover and was grossed out by the cover afterwards. These couches are only 2 years ago but never deep cleaned before and I have two grimy handed boys so I figured it would be gross. I will add I had a handheld steamer and it worked ok but definitely did not get as hot as this machine, I could touch the steam and not get burnt. This machine steam is HOT!!!! So I know it’s sanitizing too! The handheld was also heavy to hold after a short time and the tank so small I would only get a toilet cleaned and have to stop and wait to cool down before I could refill. So it would take weeks to do my whole house and definitely not worth the money. This machine last 40+ min before having to add more water.     • Worked perfectly for stripping wallpaper

I purchased this for my parents, as they are remodeling their kitchen and other parts of the house and need to remove a considerable quantity of wallpaper. While it will be a long job, I also wanted them to have some use for the steamer after it was done, so I purchased this one instead of the dedicated wallpaper steamer. They've presently removed all the wallpaper from the kitchen and one hall. I helped remove several sections myself, so I have some personal experience using it. They haven't used it for steam cleaning yet, so this review is made purely in the context of using it as a wallpaper steamer. Operation is extremely simple - you fill it up with the specified quantity of distilled water, turn it on, let it come up to temp, and start steaming. I used both the dedicated steamer box and the smaller, narrower nozzle; both worked fairly well. You steam a section of wallpaper for about 5-15 seconds, give it a moment or two, then use a scraper to separated it from the wall. Once I got the hang of it, after maybe 20 minutes of attempts, I could peel large, contiguous sections of wallpaper off the wall with ease. In some areas it basically just fell off, whereas in others had to work on it quite a bit, but it all came off in the end. As a tool, I like it. It is small and easy to maneuver around, the hose isn't heavy and is sufficiently flexible such that it does not interfere with use. My parents, who are in their late sixties, both were able to use it without trouble. The reservoir was adequate for our purposes , since we were steaming small sections at a time; I would estimate 30-45m of working time for a single fill. Heating time isn't particularly quick, but probably in the range of 15m for a full reservoir. If you were stripping a large room, you might prefer the dedicated wallpaper steamer. So, I suppose I would recommend this Spraytech 915e for general steaming tasks. I'd consider buying one for myself, if I were in the market for a steamer. EDIT: So I tried this as a steam cleaner. It certainly steams things, I tried it in the bathroom to see if I could remove some older stains/discolorations/"material" from the sink and toilet. I was not successful in this endeavor, or at least no more successful than I would have been using a powerful detergent. While the relatively long working time is welcome, and the flexibility of the hose and variety of tools useful, I guess I need to work on my technique in order to get real results. ... show more
