This is a pretty decent press for the price. While there weren’t instructions, It was pretty straight-forward out of the box. It’s not too big and fits on my work table without being too clunky. I’ve used the mug attachment, Hat press, and flat press so far with out any issues other than my own error. The press heats up relatively quickly and distributes heat evenly. I was able to create a dozen tumblers for a quick job and everyone thought I spent hours on them. For a hobbyist or someone who isn’t producing mass quantities, this is a great start. It does seem a little cheap in that the buttons are a little flimsy and the attachment cables don’t really tighten into the unit, but it doesn’t impact the job whatsoever. It can tend to be slightly inaccurate with the temperature but it hasn’t affected anything. I got what I paid for and I’m pretty happy with it. I shopped and shopped and looked at ALL THE REVIEWS on a lot of heat presses. I took well over a month to really decide. This heat press had very few reviews but the quality I saw that was in the photos just kept bringing me back. I was drawn to the detailed photos the company had posted for this particular Heat press. I wasn’t too impressed with the price, but then I thought it may just be worth it. So I gave it a shot and went with my gut instinct, let me tell you about the quality and sturdiness of this baby WOW. I feel like a real business owner LOL. It looks clean and crisp and is very heavy and sturdy. The press was completely packaged with care, everything was in tact and secure. There is no wobble when sitting on a flat surface, not even when you swing away the arm to place your item to be heated and it’s pretty much ready to go as soon as you plug it in. I was so nervous to use it because I was really concerned about safety but this heatpress has me really impressed and comfortable with my Teen daughter using it. I’m a small business owner and have done research on all my stuff, this heat press is 100% recommended. It does take a bit to heat up, but once you get it going the possibilities are endless. I bought this a few years ago and it’s moved around with me, but I’ve had family obligations which kept me from being able to do my crafting. But now that I’ve landed and have more time on my hands. I started using my machine this week. It ran around with me for about three years before I was able to unpack it and use it. It works spectacular! I’ve only used the main Vinyl heat press so far. As far as heat and getting the job done it works. However, timer hasn't worked after first try and has a continuous beep. Left question on here and sent email with no reply as of yet. I would have thought spending almost $500 would earn me a quick response. Just started hitting buttons and holding them down. Finally got the beeping to stop but timer not to start. Not a big deal on that. CS still sucks. ... show more

    • Arrived late, but early, need instructions!
Update After trying the different attachments the machine does not stay at the temperature and fluctuate 30 degrees less when using. After contacting the seller to get a replacement and send back the defective they refuse and only offer $80 for the inconvenience. Will be returning this item. Mixed feelings about shipping, first was supposed to be here Friday then pushed to Monday now it is here Sunday. It’s late but early? I absolutely love how easy this thing came, felt like a part was missing they just put it inside the mug press. The worst part is there are no instructions on how to use the shirt press. Comes with two mats no idea what or where they go but winged it and seems to work. I hate how the pad does not stay put or sticky in any shape to make it easier to place the project without always having to relocate the padding. Not even sure if I need the padding tbh but better safe than sorry. The cost vs the pros I would say it’s more of a $250 press than over $300. I needed it by Friday for some orders got here late but still had good quality press come from it. Haven’t tried the other parts yet, would love if they had more instructions in the package or in the video. Over all it’s a decent press. ... show more

I am completely happy with my purchase and recommend it! Thank you VIVOHOME for the well packed delivery and quality product! I got it for couple weeks now, but just unboxed yesterday and I did couple iron-ons to try it out, so far so good. After extensive research and to weighing on what I need (mostly iron-on process, cups and hats features are just a nice to have for me), read and compared lots of reviews from others on this product and other products (thankful for other people really taking their time to share their reviews and experiences on products they bought and used)... I decided to give it a try on this VIVOHOME Upgraded 5 in 1 Combo (fyi this product has youTube videos too from other users). And I am completely satisfied! The packaged arrived appearing well packed for protection. The machine and all attachments in the box are in great condition and brand new with manufactory quality! It didn't require any work to assemble the machine, I just took it out from the box, plug a power cord, and here I go to heat press iron-on! Result is impressed and process is easy and efficient! Just be cautions do not touch the hot surface in the process! The instructions come with the machine doesn't give too much details, just bare bone to get you going. But the table illustration of temperature settings vs. materials is very useful. In order to get the results you would like, I recommend to follow that information on the manual. FYI/PS - in addition, I purchased separately teflon heat press paper to sandwich the delicate fabrics as saw others' recommendations. Using the teflon paper does help protect the delicate fabrics for the process. ... show more
