I've had this deep fryer a bit over a month or so. It works great. I love that I don't have to fry in my house. I hate the smell fried food leaves behind especially on the clothes. Easy to clean. I keep the oil containers to make it easy to dispose of. What I would recommend is not putting too much to fry on your first try. It will overflow, learn your product first. You'll figure it out after the 2nd use. I would recommend. Only thing it didn't come with the glove, but No biggie; don't really need them and the scooper broke by the 3rd week again no biggie. I will say, to start, I used this in a commercial setting for a single evening. We needed to fry off several hundred appetizers in real time and it mostly worked great. The power is finicky and trips easily if it doesn't like the line it's connected to. We bypassed the trip and it worked all evening. Though maybe that wasn't the safest thing to do. So I have this deep fryer for 2 months . I fried my French fries outside , so my house wouldn't smell . Tonight it was rainy and we decided to use it inside for one time. Put this thing on a good power strip or it will blow a fuse! Outside of that, I could never get restaurant quality fried foods at home until I got this thing.
