    • It is good. But would like to see spare nuts and an connecting bar bell and its cover.
This is great for workout from home. The nuts become loose pretty quickly. But do not worry as you would immediately feel dumbell shaking or get to know the nuts have become loose. The grip cover on bar bell connecting rod is pretty weak and can easily tear after a month or so which I am sure as mine has already started developing tear signs. Hence, 4 spare nuts and atleast 1 spare connecting bar or bar bell with could of extra covers would make this product a 5 start at given price. Overall I am satisfied. ... show more

Great set, very versatile. The nuts come loose often, so make sure to keep checking that they're screwed in after each set. The barbell connector did break apart a few months light use. Potentially dangerous if it happens during training, like it did during mine. Luckily I'm usually cautious about this anyway. ... show more

This weight set arrived dirty and incomplete. The zip tie that I assume once held together the locking collars was cut prior to arrival. I assume that was done by a prior purchaser who returned the product, perhaps because it was incomplete. I make that guess because my order was incomplete - it was missing one of the retaining locking collars, thus rendering it useless as a dumbell set. These cheap plastic collars are specific to the cheap plastic bars, so you aren't going to be able to run out to your local sporting goods store for replacements. The weights were battered and some of the blue plastic tabs were already knocked off on arrival. I attempted to put the set together as best as I could given the circumstances and found that the retaining collars do not remain in place and require tightening. All bar parts appear to be plastic, and I don't trust them at all. When full weight is added to create a dumbell, the dumbell becomes so bulky that it is practically worthless for most exercises. You are far better off just buying traditional metal dumbells of specific weight. This unfortunate purchase falls in the "buy cheap/ buy twice" category for me. I had hoped it would provide a better value than purchasing a few specific weights, and instead ended up with a $135 boat anchor. Save your money - these are cheaply constructed, dangerously under- engineered, impractical at full weight, and incomplete to the point of worthlessness. ... show more
