I first started with the Peach Mango flavor powder when it was on a flash sale. I mixed my powder with vitamin C powder and MSM and found the flavor bearable however for such a small container to barely last a month, it was disappointing so I switched to the pills. The pills are bigger than you think but they're easy to swallow in my opinion. I haven't seen a difference in my hair, skin and nails yet since it's early but I do feel the energy boost that it provides so thats great. Will update this review if I see any difference in my hair skin and nails. Overall, I don't mind the powder and the pills. If you prefer using the powder, dissolve it in room temp or warm water so the drink doesnt come out gritty. I personally recommend the pills because it's at a better price and lasts longer than the powder. ... show more

Works amazing flavor is good I notice energy right away and results in my hair growth and nails getting stronger only complain is that is small for its price wish it was more product in it. and the packaging came poorly my product was bend almost look like it was stepped on.     • Okay, Let's Be Honest...

This doesn't taste good and it takes a LOT of stirring to get it to dissolve *just* enough to make it palatable. (Remember those old fiber supplement commercials where the mix wouldn't dissolve and was a gross "gel-like" consistency?) Also, when you open the container, be prepared to see that it is half full (or half empty, if you will). Here's what I've been doing: * Mix 1 scoop of the powder with 1 packet of Emergen C Orange powder with about 10 ounces of cold water. I really prefer to use carbonated water, but flat is fine too. *Stir for somewhere around 5 minutes (give or take). That's the only thing that makes it drinkable without adding too much sugar. (Sugar + Protein = Fat) I stir the Dickens out of it because for $20+, I want to get every atom. Without the added flavor of the vit c packet, the taste is a bit bitter...like it's from the peach pit and not the peach flesh. I tried holding my breath and gulping it down, but why make it a negative experience if I can find another way? I don't know if it is helping my skin etc yet. Time will tell. I'm pretty sure it takes a few months of continuous use to see if there's any improvement. I have an autoimmune disease that affects my skin so I figured it can't hurt to try. ... show more

Not sure which is better- the taste or the smell (both are heavenly...) I definitely feel awake and refreshed each drinking this each morning. I mix 1 scoop (included) with about 8 oz warm water and mix thoroughly with a drink whisk, then pour it over ice in a travel mug and head out to work, drinking it on my drive. Arrived fast and easy to open packaging. Mixed with 8 oz water and the taste was so awful. I will finish it out, only on day one so idk if it’s even had an effect on my skin yet but the taste is so awful. Going to try to mix in with a smoothie or orange juice next time and see how that tastes. Next time I’m ordering the orange flavor and will see how that tastes. Day 2: mixed with Orange Juice. Powder did not dissolve again by stirring or shaking. OJ masked flavor a bit better but chucks of powder brought back the awful memory of its bad taste. Day 3: mixed again with Orange Juice but this time I used my milk frother attachment on my coffee maker. Mixed powder into OJ nicely and I could barely make out the taste thanks to the OJ. Skin is feeling a little softer and there’s less appearance of dry skin for sure. I will continue to use it because I bought it and I have finally found a way to mask the awful taste. Next time, buying another brand or flavor for sure. Day 13: skin shows less signs of dry skin. I don’t like lotion. My hair does feel softer but my nails have not shown any improvement. They still break easily and have not grown. I will say that by drinking this in the morning, it does give me an extra boost of energy to get ready for my day before I am able to get my morning cup of coffee in. I’m ADDICTED to get up and glow. I decided to try this flavor instead of the orange for a month and it tastes great but doesn’t blend nearly as well as the orange for some reason, so I switched back.
