I have to say I’m very surprised at how the package was delivered. Originally when I placed order on 7/20, said it will arrive on Friday 26th... I was like how can it take so long. However, it came today In a big box??! I mean it’s only 2 bottles of melatonin gummy and I’ve seen the actual size of it before, no idea why it’s in a huge box. Until I opened it, I am completely satisfied! The gummy was inside a styrofoam box so it will isolate the heat and inside there were 2 ice packs to keep it cold so it won’t melt. My poor son hates bedtime more than anything else in the world. For the 8 and a half years of his life, bedtime has been an hour or more of tears, frustration, me lying down in bed with him, every relaxation technique known to man, bribes, punishments, bedtime stories, mattress pads, different pajamas... I swear to you, I was at my wits' end, and so was he. He was crying on my shoulder at midnight two months ago, "Why can't I just sleep? How do you do it?" And I just... I couldn't help him. He has ADHD, and part of it for him is he just can't turn his brain off. His dad's ex-wife and I were chatting, and she told me she gives her daughter Melatonin gummies. I was disbelieving; Melatonin doesn't work for me, why would they work for him? But she encouraged me to give them a try, so I ordered these. People, this changed my life. I swear to you. They changed my son's life. I'm leaving this review now because I'm on the product page buying another bottle of them. I don't ever want to go back to bedtime without gummies. 15 minutes. That's all it takes. We still have to have some routine and put on bedtime music for him to fall asleep to, they're not a sedative, he still has to relax in bed. But before, he would relax in bed for an hour and a half. Now, it's literally 15 minutes. I almost cried the first night. I was skeptical- would these work? Would they keep working night after night? Yes. Yes yes yes yes yes. He's finally SLEEPING. The gummies themselves: they're soft and easy to chew. My son is very picky, and didn't love the flavor at first, but it's grown on him. He gives the flavor 4 out of 5. It doesn't seem to matter if he takes these on an empty stomach. And I give them some lead time to start working before bed, but it doesn't seem to matter if he takes one an hour before bed or 30 min before. There have been times we've gotten home late from visiting relatives, and had to give him his gummy and stick him straight in bed, and it's hard to tell at that point whether the gummy still works exactly the same or if he's tired from having a big day, but he's still out in about 20 minutes. Our routine now is that 30 minutes before lights out, he takes a gummy and brushes his teeth. Then he lies down, he gets to watch one episode of a show, then we change the TV to a nature documentary (always the same one) to give his ADHD brain something to focus on, and he's out in 15 minutes. Sometimes less. This is insane. I'm not 100% sure it's not magic. You have no idea the relief of, after almost nine years of this child not sleeping, of bedtime being the worst battleground in our lives, of tears and frustration and trying every single thing we could possibly think of... finally... sleep. He just... sleeps. My baby is even happier than I am. He doesn't have to stress about it anymore; sleep just comes naturally like it's supposed to. I can't promise these will work for your kids. But I can tell you they're absolutely worth a try; they changed our lives. ... show more

I tried these once from the store, and when they stopped carrying them I had to track them down! I have been ordering them ever since! I love these gummies, I only have one big problem - the packaging is deceptive. It's labeled 5mg gummies, but if you look at the serving size it says that two gummies have 5 mg of melatonin. So each gummy is only packing about 2.5 mg of melatonin. Not a big deal, but problematic because I wanted a higher dose of melatonin so I'd have to take fewer gummies at a time. Aside from the deceptive label, the gummies are delicious and effective. Seriously, if they made these as candy without the melatonin I would be downing them! The berry flavor is delicious, and the consistency is very soft when freshly opened. Toward the bottom of the bottle they get a little stiffer from air exposure, but still very good. I usually take two gummies (5mg) at night to encourage faster sleep (otherwise it can take me 45-90 minutes to fall asleep), and three (7.5mg) if it's really important I get a restful night sleep. I wouldn't say they're really fast acting, but they definitely make a difference. Usually within 15 minutes I can feel a wave of sleepiness. ... show more

These things work. I thought I was just going to have to get used to not sleeping. Not anymore! I take two about an hour before I want to be asleep. Not only do I fall asleep quickly, I stay asleep. Sometimes I still wake up, but I am always able to get back to sleep within an hour. Make sure you allow enough time for a full nights rest or you’ll wake up groggy. Otherwise I wake up refreshed. Definelty knocks me out after taking two 30 minutes before bed. I use these for occasional sleepless nights and they work fine. Don't try to take these if you need to wake up in less than 6 hours because you will feel groggy.
