I bought this laptop/tablet stand just over a year ago, and the short version is simply that it is fantastic. Initially I used it with the wheeled base that it comes with to hold a laptop and a tablet next to my drum set. I use it both for practice and live gigs. The stand is very solid, and I am able to position the tablet and laptop just about exactly where I want them. After about 6 months, I decided the wheeled base was a bit of a pain to transport to/from gigs all the time, so I found a way to mount just the top part of this stand directly to a stable rack on which I mount my drums and cymbals. This was made it super simple to transport easily, and the stand and laptop/tablet arms continue to work perfectly. This stand took no time to assemble. The wheels make it easy to move it around my office. The large holder works great for my Dell xps-13 laptop, Google Pixelbook, and my iPad Pro. The tablet holder works great for my Galaxy Tab and my Microsoft Surface Duo Dual Screen phone. The phone holder works great for my Pixel 4 xl and Pixel 4a's. I use the stand to do work anywhere I want to. I also use it to charge all of my devices. I gave it four stars because I wish I could lower the arms about 4 to 6 inches more. Well built metal floor stand that can hold both a tablet and/or PC. I bought this to allow for Video webinar use anywhere in the house, but it also nicely works really well to hold my iphone/tablet above my treadmill at eye level! It is heavy because of the metal and appears designed for long term use. It can hold a phone but really is designed for large phones. My iphone X rests on the tablet sized holder because of the sticky rubber holding it, but it is not secure. It will securely hold tablets and PCs because of a wide bottom lip, and spring-loaded tabs that secure both tablets and PCs. You can raise the movable arms and lock them down. This is a solid unit. Upon receipt, the box was bigger and heavier than I expected. This is good as the base has solid weight giving entire unit a lot of sturdiness. Assembly was quite simple although missing one of four washers. I have used with different combos of 14”laptop, large iPad Pro (on the laptop base or screen holder) and iPhone. The stand is sturdy and I was excited when I assembled it, but the issue I have is that the laptop stand wobbles A LOT, which is unsettling when typing/using the laptop. The laptop arm itself is strong and sturdy, but the clip they use to attach the laptop tray to the arm seems to have a pretty serious design flaw that results in a very noticeable side-to-side wobble. I sent an email to Viozon customer service on Friday last week, and now it's Wednesday and I haven't heard back from them - very disappointing. ... show more
