Getting the back and seat screwed together was very very difficult. That said, I assembled it myself and it's very comfortable. The heat is subtle, as others have said, but the massage feels great. This is a great step up from my old chair that left me with a backache every time

I’ve had this chair for a few weeks. Unfortunately I’m not as excited about it now as I was when I ordered it. The casters don’t roll well at all. I have to scoot the chair versus rolling it up to the desk. I can’t really feel the heat. If I set the heat timer for 1 hour I barely feel it then it shuts off. The massage is ok. It’s a little wobbly. The chair itself is comfortable but it could use more lumbar support. I don’t use the foot rest that much but it’s seems to be ok. The media could not be loaded. Really easy to put together. 30 mins or so. Heat doesnt seem to work. Massage makes up for it in full! Lock feature for sitting up straight. Worth the price in my opinion

I had a couple issues with a hole in the armrest and a missing paddle for the recliner. But the seller was quick to resolve the issue and even offered to send me another chair to use the parts I needed. Absolutely 100% in love with this chair
