Everything about the chair was great. Quality material, plush and nice features. Only problem I had was zero instructions when it arrived. Annoying to say the least. Found downloadable instructions thankfully. So your rating would have been five stars had you provided those.

Chair arms seem to loose up after a couple of months. It never heated like it should. The seat becomes uncomfortable after a couple of months but not like others. You can feel the vibration mechanism inside the seat. I find the foot stool wants to bend with any pressure applied. Other then that the chair is great. Love the fabric of it, the vibration is enough, like the way it lays back and how the wires are connected with enough power wire to plug it in a ways away from where the chair sits. Over all you get what you pay for. :) I'll update this in a few months if the chair changes any. ... show more

I've had this chair for about 2 months now. At first it seemed good. Assembly was easy, everything bolted together good. After using it for a short while I find there is not enough cushioning in the seat. The back dose recline but the seat dose not tilt which makes it very uncomfortable to sit in.
