This product that I bought fits a standard full-lite door and provides excellent opaqueness. I highly recommend this product. Installing was a bit tough, as it is really a two-person job to make it easier. Clean your window, the window trim edging, and then clean it all again. Anything that gets trapped under the film will be there for a long time. Peeling the protective layer was a PITA. but it makes sense because you really do not want anything to cling to the window side of the film. As a result, do not even think of laying it down on the ground after you remove that protective layer. I initially cut down only a small part the length from the roll, sprayed the window with water (and a tiny amount of dish soap in the water) and began to place the film. (Tip: if you do not have a separate spray bottle, take the sprayer out of your window cleaner bottle, spray out the excess ammonia-based spray still in the tube, put some water in a tall glass, add a few drops of dish soap, place the sprayer in there, stir... and you are all set!) I found that using a plastic credit card helped with two things: Getting the moisture squeegeed out from behind the film and also to create a slight creasing in the film into the edge of the window. This slight creasing helps you to make a good cut. Use a fresh razor blade to trim the excess material. Do not stray away from the edge, or you will have a sliver of exposed glass where you remove too much of the film. And you don't want that. Once you think that you have it positioned, trimmed, and moisture removed, look again from the other side of the glass. Make sure that there is no remaining air or water bubbles anywhere that you can see. If you are a patient person, you will get good results even if it your first time doing this. If you are not... well, you may as well order two rolls right off the bat. Ours turned out great. Yours will too. Good luck! ... show more

This is easy to install and works really well. I was a little afraid at first but it went on and it’s exactly what I wanted… privacy with the light able to shine through the frost. Excellent and such a great price! Highly recommend.

Worked perfectly for my clear shower doors. It was a little difficult to put on but that's expected for such a large area. It helped to peel away a small portion of the back liner at a time and smooth out the bubbles as you go to prevent wrinkles
