  • What I needed
It’s exactly what I needed.

  • Not as oversized as expected
First this is a nicely made lounger. It’s a solid piece of furniture. What is misleading is the width. Yes it is 27” wide but that is the entire lounger width including the frame. The lounger would be better if the material were 6” wider on either side. You can absolutely sit on it nicely for anything but tanning. In order to tan and allow your sides to get sun you have to move your arms out another 6” which means your arms are on the frame and not the material. The frame gets HOT so that’s a difficult option. I wish the face down option was at the top and not the bottom because it would be nicer to just turn over as opposed to flipping your body from top to bottom especially when tanning. It’s lighter than I thought it would be with is great. The material is really nice. It comes with a material attachment to hold a water bottle, but the bottle needs to be short and light, or the bottle just flips over. I would recommend this but keep in mind the material width. ... show more

  • Not comfortable, too stiff, looks nice
Was not comfortable enough for me personally. It looks really nice and everything worked well enough. The fabric just felt too tight and had no give to it. Looking for something more comfortable. I am pretty big dude so this might be fine for lighter users.

  • I want to sleep in it
Was hesitant due to lack of reviews, but I have to say the chair is SO comfortable. Nothing to put together, just take it out of the box and unfold. The latches to adjust the incline are sturdy and easy to use. It's very firm, but has just enough slack from the ties on the side to make it really comfy. I laid out on it for hours and could have probably fallen asleep. 5/5! ... show more

  • Not stable at all
Not a fan but too difficult to return. The back had come loose multiple times and wacked me in the head. The wide-ness of it is too wide for arms when you lay on stomach and is uncomfortable on arm pits. Legs don’t lock in place well. Cushion fur face is already molding after a month. Don’t waster your $. ... show more

  • The idea has merit
Pretty cool chair and the concept is very nice. The chair isn't as cumbersome as one would think although it does stay in the same position we don't fold it up since it's in the upright position outside. Anyway the chair is nice the material is great for staying outside. It's not the most comfortable chair although you can place a cushion in it to make it more comfortable. I don't need to tan so the hole is of no use to us except for the little to play mini basketball with it. ... show more

  • Great Concept, but somewhat poor execution
This oversized chaise lounge chair is made with quality materials, and nice features. It comes with a lot of extra nice peices. Unfortunately, there were several flaws. Pros: - Easy to fold and unfold - Has nice clips that hold the chair closed, which is great. Also, when it's fully closed, it can stand up on it's own (doesn't tip over like other folding chairs do) - Has a rubberized handle, as well as a shoulder strap, for easy carrying. - Has the option to use the face opening, or have it covered (sealed with velcro) - Comes with a clip-on storage pouch with multiple pockets - Comes with a clip-on drink holder pouch - Comes with a neck pillow which can be attached to the chair with an elastic band Cons: - In order to unfold the chair, it must be upside down (with the sitting surface placed on the ground) and then flipped over to sit on it. Then, when you need to fold it up, you have to flip it upside down again. - The seat is very UNCOMFORTABLE. It is made with a thick fabric which is not very flexible or have much 'give' to it. It is connected to the frame with elastic bands, but they too don't have much give. So, when you sit or lie on the chair, it doesn't support you. It stays very stiff, and then kind of bunches weirdly... It is therefore very uncomfortable. - The fabric is not water-repellent! In fact, it absorbs the water and turns dark in color when wet. So, if you come out of the water, or even if you are sweating, and sit on the chair, it will show it on the chair (ew!) Not to mention that it will be unpleasant sitting on a wet chair. - Although the chairback has an adjustable height, the bar must be "clipped" onto the frame in order to stay in the chosen position. In other words, there are little "catches/clips" on the back arm bar for the different heights. You must press them (push hard) until they click onto the frame so that it stays at that height. Otherwise, the back will collapse. While this may seem like a good thing, that it locks into place....it would be completely impossible to change the height/recline while seated on the chair. You'd have to get up, go to the back of the chair, unclip the bar, reposition it, push it to lock it in place, and then sit back down. That's annoying! - Additionally, when you unfold the seatback, it is very tightly wound and seems "spring loaded" when going from closed to open or open to closed. - Lasty, the "face hole" is waaaay to big! Even though it comes with the U-shaped pillow which velcroes around the hole, the opening is just too big. Unless you have a massively huge head, your face can easily go all the way through the hole. If your forehead is resting on the top of the U-shaped pillow, then your neck is in a strange position because your chin wants to fall through the hole. The only comfortable position is to lie with your head turned sideways (with your cheek resting on one side of the U-shaped pillow)....but that defeats the purpose of having a face hole. Overall, the concept of this chair is a good one, and the chair itself is made well and sturdy. They also thought of a lot of nice features. Unfortunately, there are a lot of design flaws. For me, the biggest issue is the fact that the chair is very uncomfortable. I couldn't see sitting in or lying on this chair for any extended amount of time. Plus, the fact that it's not water repellent or resistant...for something that is intended to be used by a pool or at the beach, this makes no sense. For the price of $130, I would expect a lot more from this chair. ... show more
