I needed a lot more work than what I could afford to pay anyone so took the chance on this based on other reviews. I feel like it made a huge difference and I haven’t had the pain return. Could be coincidence but I think this thing really helped me. It will go for a long time and if it overheats it will shut itself off and then you need to wait a while and you can start it back up so don’t panic if it shuts off. Wish it got a little warmer and there was just one extra knob to hit the right spot on the neck. These reviews are correct when they say having it on the neck can be a bit tricky, you need to adjust to get at least one side of your neck. But it works great on the back, legs, arms. My trucker man took it to use in his truck as their is a strap that holds it to a chair. It also has to stay plugged in which I don't care for. But it has car charger or regular box charger. Would be four stars if they worked out the small this but I would recommend this for someone in this price range. ... show more

To be honest, I thought I was going to purchase this product and toss it aside. I was definitely wrong! This is a well-made product and I was surprised on how well it helped my neck and shoulders. ( It is primarily designed for neck and shoulders I think and not good for anything else) My personal opinion anyways. A chiropractor visit cost me $50 and this has saved me a ton of money!
