I have had this machine for a bit over three weeks and Im very happy with it. It was a good price and was shipped rapidly. Easy set up. I did check with my provider before purchase. I have done a great deal of manual labor in my life so have some trouble with knees ans back. The instructions do warm of potential dizziness with initial use and I found this to be true. I started at four minutes increasing minutes every couple days. I am now up to 20 minutes a day over a three week span of time. It has hjelpes my knees nd back. When the weather allows I also hike one- two miles a day with two dogs. At least once a week. I never know vibration plates existed until referer by a friend. I m also down five pounds in the three weeks. I am also over sixty years old so i suggest those of you with Health issues work with your medical provider and start slowly. Firm believer in lymph node shaking to stimulate. So I gave it a try today when I received it. I have to say it woke up my super tired legs. I feel so alive. I’m a healthcare worker on feet all the time. My legs hurt and swell up. I did 3 five minute intervals and I feel amazing. Very unexpected. Someone said it made their legs numb. They used for 15 minutes first time. No, you don’t do that. Baby steps people. 3 five minute sessions today was better. I keep my knees partially bent and relaxed. Amazing. Easy peasy to use. Little batteries required for remote. Set timer and it shuts down automatically. It’s well made sturdy. It’s a heavy unit. Built to last. I loved it. I was pretty sure this was going to be a gimmick that I'd abandon after a couple uses, but I actually love it. I work long hours at a desk and my hips suffer for it. But I wake up and vibrate the pain and discomfort away. I wish that I knew how much I was going to like it and use it because I might have invested in a pricier model. What I don't like about this model are the "massagers" on the plate. They hurt both my bare feet and hands. I also wish the plate was wider and longer. I feel limited in what exercises I can do, and even how I stand, because of the size. Finally, the loop bands were duds. I'm only 5'7, but I felt like they were too short and had too little stretch to use effectively. Otherwise, I love it. Love this plate!!! I’m on a life style change and this is helping me so much!!! I feel so much better when I do a 20 minute workout on it. I’ll move to another exercise then go right back to the plate! I’m only in to my 3rd week of working out but I’ve seen results and so have my friends!! I’m losing inches 1st that’s never happened. After setting it up, I found it quickly connected via Bluetooth to my phone. I've used it for a few days now, but it's too early to tell the benefits from it. My greatest disappointment so far is with its speaker volume. I found that it can only be adjusted via the remote control, and even at top volume it's pathetically low. That forces me to forget the built-in speakers, and play my music directly from my phone for louder volume. This is a follow-up a few weeks later. The greatest benefit thus far is my relief from lower back pain, which I suffered with through most of the summer. As far as weight loss, I've noticed that I'm tightening my belt now. I'm very happy with the device and the exercise that I'm getting after some years as a couch potato. This update is two months after my purchase. I visited my doctor for a checkup, and found that I'd lost twenty pounds in the two months. My objective had mainly been to reduce fat around my beltline, so I'm doubly pleased with weight loss as well. I'm so glad I bought this device! ... show more

I loved this from the first time I stepped on it. The vibration definitely goes throughout my body. I can feel it on my love handles and lower back as it strengthening those areas. I’ve already lost inches partly because of diet partly because this is a big part of my exercise routine. The quality is good. It’s sturdy and I feel secure while standing on it. I do a lot of squats while on it and there’s no issues. Haven’t really tried the radio part yet because I don’t need that but the remote makes it really easy to turn on and off from behind my desk where I have it. I like switching programs I have try to stand it up I have tried it with the music on a flash drive which I like that option I have tried it with pull straps I have tried it sitting down and putting my feet on it or on my hands and knees putting my arms straight out on it the surface is rough so I would suggest wearing socks or slippers or just putting a hand towel over it if your feet are tender some people may not bother I'm getting better from a back surgery and so I don't use the whole 10 minutes yet but I noticed the circulation in my legs and whatnot is better and if you get on your hands and knees and hold your arms straight over the top and let it vibrate vibrates all the pressure out of your shoulders and your neck I'd say it's worth the money I like it I've had it two months now ... show more
