Within 2 weeks, I've lost 7 pounds and my clothes are lose. I started out low and gradually worked my way up. My muscles are toning, I'm losing fat, and lymphatic fluid is draining. This is the healthiest thing I've done for myself in a long time. This absolutely, 100% works. I use every 48 hours. It has suction cups on bottom so it doesn't move. The quality and craftsmanship is sturdy and state of the art. Remote control is very helpful. It has also relieved lower back pain. I've also slept so much better. I highly recommend.
