    • Utter trash not worth the metal.
This stand is trash, holes don't line up, taps are not properly done or cleaned out, the stand is junk not even worth the metal they used to manufacture it, it's going in the trash, it isn't even worth trying to return it.

The over all quality is good but must say the bag of fasteners is like dumping out your junk drawer trying to find a pair of items. Instructions are tiny and it’s great you give descriptions of the fasteners and labels on the directions however it would be great if the fasteners were labeled to match the directions. ... show more

I was either given the wrong center pole or a bracket is missing. There is no way for me to connect the cross-brace (they call it 'supporting tube' in their instructions. I have emailed CustomerService@vevor.com to see if they can rectify. I shall wait a week for a response, and perhaps improve the review here, but as of now, I am quite upset. UPDATE: I was using the bracket to connect the bottom two poles. My bad. I have all the parts required to complete the installation. However, I got a good taste of customer support if anyone has an issue with the packaging coming out of an Amazon order. Amazon gave an email for issues with the order. The email is the customer support department of Vevor. Here is their response: " Greetings from Customer Service Team Regarding your inquiry, we do not deal with products that are not ordered from the Vevor website, because we cannot track the product without the exclusive order number on the official website. We have forward this order to related department, please wait for the relevent service team to contact you. Thank you for your understanding. " This does not look good if one orders these things from Amazon and things are incomplete. I will up the score one star (since it was a complete package and the product serves its purpose); however, if there is an issue, it seems like a painful process. It should not be. ... show more

It supposed to be foldable, but it isn't. Maybe if you have all of the bolts loose, you might be able to fold it. But this isnt what foldable should be. Instructions are easy to follow? Nope again.

This was the WORST experience!!! Their was a picture of how to put together. None of the nuts and bolts ect were labeled! One piece i had to guess where it went! I nust have cursed new words i have NEVER used before. This took me about 4 hours!!!! A box full of pieces and tools with NO directions!!! I even went online to print out directions! There still was pieces that was just there. I figured where it went after looking at it for one hour! I swear this was a waste of time and made my BP rise!!!! ... show more
