The Mount is well built and surdy, however when I hung this using the tools, screws, and bolts presented it imediately came out of the 2x4 that I mounted on ,in my garage. I had to go buy some additional wood screws and bolts to make it work. Now that I have it hung the device leans to the ground. Its up there just doesnt seem even. ... show more

The fasteners it comes with are okay even with proper installation, but depending on how much your bag weighs and how hard you hit it it can come out of the wall. I recommend buying better ones from hardware store

I had been eyeing this mount for a while so I finally decided to get it. I originally had an everlast punching/speed bag combo stand but it took up way too much space. This mount is pretty much everything I was looking for. It's heavy, durable, and simple to put up. I screwed a 2×4 onto my 4×4 post in my garage and the mount worked fine without the anchors. It can't even hold a 70 pound heavy bag without bending. We even tried it with the third hole and the extender arm still bends. The vibration and movement in the arm is too much when hitting the bag.

Easy to use and holds a lot of weight. Best part I like about it is that it is adjustable. It does bow a slightly when completely extended out to the last hole, but I cannot image it not doing that with the lever arm holding so much weight.
