I love the look of the mount. It’s a pretty easy install if you’re somewhat capable of doing handy work like this. I’ve had my 75 pound bag on here and got brought three hard workouts before the bolt that’s at the top kept coming off causing the bag to fall. It’s done it multiple times now. As you can see I haven’t put it back up because I need a different solution or a whole different mount. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. ... show more
