Sturdy, nice looking red heavy bag stand. I use it to hold a 60 lb wrecking ball hook/uppercut bag. I used it 3-4x per week. It serves it's purpose, no complaints. Use three 50 lb sand bags to keep it stable. It was missing a few bolts, nuts and washers. I give this product 5-stars as I think it's a great value for the price. If you're a serious fighter, you may want to consider a different/more expensive stand as this one doesn't give a ton of room for footwork. I was concerned that the side supports would be a problem for roundhouse kicks, but they aren't at all. For me, this gets the job done great! I would also recommend putting this stand on some kind of padding and adding weights to keep it secure. Pros: sturdy and easy to assemble (I'd recommend using a socket wrench vs the cheap hex wrench they provide it will cut down your assembly time a ton). I like this option because you can move the stand around and won't damage your ceiling studs. Cons: may not be high enough for very tall users. I'm 5'3 so it's not a problem, but if you're very tall you may want to consider a different option ... show more

First things first. It took three weeks for this stand to get to my apartment. The seller did not provide a tracking number, so I had no idea where it was for most part. By checking the order number, I at least found out that it was suppose to be shipped by Fedex. But the day it was suppose arrive at my apartment, I got an email from the seller (BuyECDCo) saying that the package would be delayed. And for some reason, it went from being shipped by Fedex to UPS. Don't know how that happened. I had already wait two weeks for the stand to arrive, so hearing that it would be delayed further frustrated me. I understand that delays happen, but waiting three weeks for a package is ridiculous. Especially since most of the the packages I've ordered off of Amazon.com have shipped two or thee days after I've ordered them. Anyways, after finally receiving the Heavy Bag Stand, I can say that it works great. It has a nice design and it's easy to install (I did it by myself). It's pretty sturdy, if not a little wobbly. But buying some stabilizing weights might fix that. It doesn't take up a lot of space, but you should definitely make sure you have room to store it. It's pretty tall too, so I'd recommend storing it a room with a high enough ceiling. It has a nice length to it, but unfortunately the bag doesn't come up that high. It comes up to about chest length depending on how tall you are. You could probably place it on something if you want it to be higher. Or you try to find a smaller chain for your bag if possible. Also, keep in mind that once it's assembled, it's pretty heavy. If you have move to another home, I'd recommend taking it apart first. Because it's not some your going to take out of your front door once it's put together. In closing, I say that this is a pretty decent bag stand. It has it's faults, but it's I recommend it for any body looking to get into boxing. As for the seller, I don't think I'll buy from them again. Especially after how long I had to wait. ... show more

This stand is very sturdy and built to last. There are off brands for less - but you get what you pay for! It has holders at the bottom for weights to keep the stand from wobbling (I haven't had to do that yet!). It is big, but it has to be since a 100lb bag is going to be hanging from it! Definitely great product for a beginner at home. Caveats are that you may need a lot of weight to weigh down the device with the punching bag. Also, since this doesnt hand, and with both legs that stick out for the weight, it can be hard to maneuver doing drills/combos (especially when it comes to kicks). Full disclosure - This was a return that was marked down 50% as open box from Amazon's Fulfillment warehouse, so I knew there may be some issues to be expected. Product: Complete disappointment. Major bolt clearance issues, pipes were dinged and bent, scratches and chipped paint everywhere. Excessive movement and rotation at the connection points even after tightening down as much as I could. Amazon's Part in failing on this purchase: Amazon's QA/QC on inspecting the return and deciding to resist it back for sale was a complete failure. When the package arrived it clearly had been opened (which was disclosed), however all the items including the nuts, washers, and bolts were ripped out the packaging that contained it all and thrown around in the massive box. If I were someone that didn't have extra tools, bolts, and washer/nuts of my own in my garage this would have never been able to be assembled. In total 5 bolts with nuts and washers were missing and I had to sub in my own... Horrible product - don't waste your money, unless its worth your time and significantly marked down. ... show more
