I had this press for almost a year. This heat press was pretty good until the control box came off and the screw is nearly impossible to screw back in, but it still works good if it’s not attached. The main screw that connects the metal bottom and the plastic piece came out so the pressure on my machine started to be uneven, literally not even pressing down on the outer edge. The shirt press attachment finally went out two weeks ago so I use the hat press attachment as much as I can with the amount of pressure the press has left. RIH lil press💙 ... show more

I love this press but if I didnt watch the videos first I would be lost. It tells you how many seconds and temp for each thing. I suggest you write it down

So when I received the machine the start box un-attached it's self and I have put it back on but it keeps coming off. I am glad that it does not interfere with it doing its job!

Followed instructions but can not get it to sublimate a picture on a plate 392 degrees for 915 sec. and nothing. Several other projects did not fully sublimate the picture.
