  • Works great!
Style: 5T w/ Electric Wrench
So I got this in Aug 2024 and wanted to use it to rotate my tires in Oct. Just finished up. I have a 2016 Honda Pilot. It took me 45 minutes start to finish. I am very handy around the house and can put fluids, lights and wipers in a car and change a battery, but am not into auto repair. I normally use the cars scissor lift to rotate the tires. (Found out in June those are for emergency only and not regular use- whoops) This lift works great! I figured if I rotated all the tires 2x it would have paid for itself. It was stable and held the vehicle high enough for as long as I needed. You just need to make sure to extend the top nut up a couple of inches before you start the jack. I wish that top nut had a slightly deeper v groove that would allow it to slide into the jack contact point on the car a little bit better. On the first lift the car went up a few inches and then 'settled' onto the jack which scared the crap out of me but everything was fine. I proceeded to use the electric wrench to take the nuts off. It wasn't quite what I expected. It whirrs up to speed, and then hammers the nut off. Once loosened, it spins them off efficiently. Definitely not like an air gun that would apply more torque. Once the new tire was on I lowered it and moved on to the next tire. When all four tires were completed, I went back and use the traditional lug nut wrench to further tighten each of the nuts. Most needed about an eighth of a turn more to lock them into place. Afterwards everything went neatly back into the case. Plenty of room for cables and hoses. All things considered at this point if I needed another one of these I would buy one. I'll use this the next couple of times this year to rotate my tires. I'm curious to see how long it lasts. For how compact it is, I believe it does a very good job of lifting as compared to other methods of lifting the vehicle. If I were doing more frequent repairs to a vehicle, I would probably want one of the more robust mechanic style lifters thats more durable. For my home occasional purposes this is fantastic. ... show more

  • Good to have in your trunk or home
Style: 5T w/ Electric Wrench
Love this thing! It took about 54 seconds to get the tire of the ground. 46 seconds to bring it down. The wrench took the 90lbs lugs of in 2seconds and the air pump worked great and was precise. You put in 35lbs that's what you got. I checked how accurate it was with my $60 gauge and it was spot on when I did 5 tires. How long it last who knows but it lives up to what you expect maybe a little more ... show more

  • VEVOR Electric Car Jack initial impressions
Style: 5T w/ Electric Wrench
I have read all the other reviews and I understand the issues others are having. Out of the box it looks complete and has no problems. All the electrical switches work properly as do the functional components. Plugging into the truck cigarette lighter worked fine and I have plenty of cord to reach all tires. The jack IS SLOW, the "rattle gun" does work, the air pump, pumps and... the light comes on! The only downside in use, so far, is a problem with the removal of the two-piece lugnuts used by Ford and some others. If the outer cap becomes swollen and the socket is not REAL TIGHT the cap piece of the nut will just spin and the nut below will remain tight (as I found out). There are videos on how to deal with this... and most recommend replacing the nuts with one-piece units. ... show more

  • Five Stars
Style: 5T w/ Electric Wrench
I recently purchased the VEVOR Electric Car Jack, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! This tool has revolutionized the way I handle tire changes and other maintenance tasks on my vehicle. Firstly, the ease of use is remarkable. With just a push of a button, the jack lifts my car quickly and efficiently. No more manual cranking or struggling under the vehicle! I also appreciate the solid construction and stability it offers while in use, which gives me peace of mind. Additionally, the electric feature reduces the physical effort required and saves on time, especially during emergencies. The compact design makes it easy to store in my trunk, so I’m always prepared for any road mishap. Overall, the VEVOR Electric Car Jack is a fantastic investment for anyone who values convenience and efficiency in vehicle maintenance. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly car jack! ... show more

  • Not so good unit. Dangerous
Style: 5T w/ Electric Wrench
I was pretty excited to get this unit and try it out. I'm getting a bit older and wanted something better than using a 2 ton floor jack to lift my half ton pickup. I got everything out of the nice storage box and set up the jack to lift the truck. I decided to lift one wheel at a time. The jack runs Slow, very slow, but it lifted the truck. I placed a jack stand under the frame for safety (just in case the jack failed). I used a 1/2 inch breaker bar to break the lug nuts loose and then tried the provided impact gun to finish taking off the nuts. The gun Didn't Work! The motor ran, but wouldn't spin the socket. Tried it several times but it wouldn't work. It's JUNK. I used my battery operated impact to get the nuts off. I swap out the tire assembly and ran the nuts down with my electric gun. Then I tried to lower the truck and the the jack froze up. It went down so far and stopped moving. The motor is running, but it wasn't moving. IT'S STUCK! I kicked the jack out from under the truck and got it back on the ground. Tried the jack again with nothing on it and it went down. Tried the jack again for another wheel. It took the truck up, but once again it wouldn't come down. Not happy with the whole situation. I finished the job with my twenty year old floor jack. On a good note the air pump in the kit worked just fine. Maybe I got a bad unit, but I won't recommend it. I'm really disappointed with this item. Considering on sending it back and find a better unit. ... show more
