I haven't used it yet but my friend did and he says the jack is very easy to use. The only problem I have with it is getting everything back into the spots it belongs so it will shut. And my friend didn't remember how to put it back either. Wished I would've taken a picture of it before anything was removed. So not everything is back in it which almost makes it worthless if you can't keep it all together. The unit works and I barely fit it under my car but when I got a flat tire i discovered that the car was too low and the jack would not go low enough to fit under the car and now it's months after the return period so I thought I would let you know. Jack is ok actually, but only for sedan/coupe type cars. It doesnt lift high enough for cross-overs, SUVs, trucks! The "impact wrench" tool is useless! The steel of the sockets and 1/2" receiver on the tool is weak and all in all a bad design! 1/2" receiver isn't long enough to secure the 2 2-in-1 sockets. 2nd use today and both, socket and receiver go eaten up trying to change a flat. Tool is too weak. Most lug nuts won't come off... Will try to contact mfgr today to see to get a replacement.... Sorry, 1 star. ... show more

Even comes with gloves for the lady in your life...Only thing missing is an AC adapter for use inside your house...Oh, for the handy man, the lifting head has a M20-2.5 thread...So you could mount this to a workshop table and create a DIY lift table, lol...
