The media could not be loaded. Please read my notes here and watch the video. This is a good kit. The blow-molded case was a bit confusing. It is as if the included accessories changed a bunch, but they did not update the blow-molded case to go with it. Everything stays put for the most part, and the latches are solid. I don't think it saved me much time, but it definitely saved me a ton of sweat. This was the easiest tire change I've ever done; the hardest part was lifting the damaged tire into the trunk. The jack worked well under load. It's rated for "3 tons", and the vehicle it was tested on weights about 4200 pounds (and it's only lifting a corner). I don't think it would work for 50 cycles, but if it works for 3 or 5 I feel I would have gotten my money's worth. In 25 years of driving, I've had to switch to a spare maybe 5-6 times. Some metal shavings from the screw post came off during use, but you might see that on a new hand-operated scissor jack as well. The impact wrench was surprisingly powerful. Instead of the constant hammering I'm used to, this thing spins up a hammer and gives you a few solid hits. This should be all you need on most consumer vehicles with wheels torqued to spec. After tightening the lug nuts with 3 hits each, I lowered the car and tried to tighten further with the tire iron, but I couldn't move them at all. Overall, this is a pretty decent electric jack. It's sturdy and powerful enough to lift a Toyota Sienna front end. The controls are easy (Up/Down) and the cord is long enough to use on each corner of the vehicle. The only slight con would be speed. It's a little slow especially when under load, but that isn't a deal breaker. I am able to control the height with precision which is important when realigning lug nuts with the wheel. It also easily compresses coil springs for struts (I had to push the lower control arm up when replacing front struts and it worked perfectly.) The jack comes with 2 different ways to connect to power (alligator clips for battery connection and cigarette lighter plug in), gloves, wheel chock, and two different sized heads that work with the unibody jack points quite well. I never feel that the jack is unstable or might slip in any way. I'd recommend this one if you are looking for an electric scissor type jack that is compact and easy to use. ... show more

I'm a mechanic. I work on our cars family cars friends and so many others. I was super excited for this to help me out. So many awesome things. But I just got it like 5 mins ago ope the box and the hand crank doesn't work. Also the power cord is missing I can't even do anything with it. Very unprofessional if you ask me. I'd put 0 stars If I could. Now I have to go through the hassle of return and find another product to replace this one. Don't buy this item it's not worth the money and hassle. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. This could have been a nice product instead it's disappointment. ... show more

    • It works, but it really struggles to lift
The electric jack works. It has a long cord that allows you to reach the lifting point and the power port in the vehicle. It's pretty loud as it cranks the jack up and down. I was a little disappointed in how hard the jack struggled to lift our little Jeep. It was working so hard and bogging the motor down so severely that I stopped lifting and felt the motor to see if it was getting hot. It wasn't I finished lifting the Jeep and it sped back up the higher the Jeep went. It seems there is just one point, about halfway through the lift cycle where the stress on the jack is severe enough to imeded the performance of the jack. So, final analysis, it works, but it is not designed for any heavy-duty lifting. I'm not even going to try it on the F-150 pickup. ... show more
