After contacting vevor they said a replacement faucet switch would be sent. They were very helpful and corrected the oversight. I'll now give them four stars. Sprayer does not fit in the holder. Too large for grooming so had to replace. Access door will not stay closed so has to be propped shut. Tray is not usable on the back wall...dogs bump against it. Cats want to cling to it. Needs a mat (not included) or toenails get stuck in the drainage holes. Adding more height to back and sides to protect my walls. ... show more
