I purchased this brand for the different attachments it came with. While heat up takes a little time for t-shirts, it heats quickly when the mug press is attached. I do notice the temperature doesn't hold steady. And it goes up about 2 * more than what it's set on. Over all it works as expected.

The media could not be loaded. TLDR; BUYER BEWARE - VEVOR themselves will not be there to help you, they gave me the run around on a replacement and I am now attempting to get a refund, if this fails I will be charging back my credit card. Upon opening the product and using it I noticed that the pressure distribution was not even. The control arm will push upwards and the springs will only compress in the back causing uneven pressure. Due to life factors, I did not get to opening and using this product until after the amazon return date had closed so I was forced to contact VEVOR to initiate a warranty claim. I begun the warranty process for a replacement on 2/12/2024 and was asked to provide photographic/video evidence of the issue. I obliged and was responded with an email claiming that the product in my evidence was not the product I purchased. I replied with a 2 minute in depth video (the one attached to this review). I was then told I would be given a "practical solution" within 72 hours. 17 hours after that I was emailed an instructional video on how to use the machine (I should mention the video was of a press that was not the same model I had bought). I responded back apx. 36 hours later saying "I'm not sure what that video was for, I know how to operate the machine, I created this ticket with the intent to warranty replace a defective machine. Has there been an error in communication or something?" They then responded to me again saying it would take another 2-3 days for them to send me a "corresponding solution" . They then sent me the exact same instruction video 8 MINUTES LATER, with detailed precautions talking about adjusting the pressure on the machine. It does not matter what pressure the machine is at, the pressure is always uneven unless there is none at all, rendering the press useless. I called their call center again and told them I no longer want to warranty this item, only want a refund, because I do not want anything from this company if this is how they treat their customers/warranties. The call center rep updated the ticket with a memo repeating this information and I will update this review in a couple days to see if they actually honor this or if I have to begin a charge back with my credit card. ... show more

I bought this after only using the Cricut Heat Press for years, but since I wanted to enter the world of sublimation, I had to invest in this and I have no regrets. It is easy to use and assemble. It's easy to switch between modes from standard heat press, to tumbler sublimation. It heats fast and I did not burn myself yet, which is a good thing. I would highly recommend. I just wish they had an attachment that would sublimate a full 20oz skinny tumbler all at once, but flipping it isn't too bad. ... show more

So it’s been a little while now since having this and using many of the features at this point for all the different attachments definitely through it cup presses are great the ease of using it all not quite there wish it was a little easier to set time , temp , and getting a nice even pressure. Wished the timer would automatically go when pulling the handle down have to press the button after it’s closed to start the timer. Also when it’s closed the arm bends and only some of the spring are compressed like how other people have shown and said. Overall it’s a good starter press for the price especially with all the attachments alone the heat press itself may be going back to the old one until we are able to afford a more expensive one ... show more
