This grill was very easy to setup. Nothing came broken, use lump coal, easy start, temp gauge is in with c and Fahrenheit, looks great and well built. Heavy so might need help moving it. Temp Guage seemed to work great and was fairly easy to figure out how to control the the top and bottom vents for optimum temperature . This Kamado is pretty easy to setup. You can do it alone but might need a second person to help move it and put it in the included stand. It is quite heavy. This is our first Kamado and I love it. Fairly easy to start, read directions if this is your first Kamado type grill. Heats up quick and easy with top and bottom vent control. Some reviewers said the thermostat was only in Celsius but this one has both Fahrenheit and Celsius. The temperature Guage worked well and helps a lot when you're grilling. Looks really nice and well-made as well. Very sturdy.I am in a frenzy of grilling now that we have this! The size is nice for a small family and I would reccomend you give it a try. Asked seller about cracks, will it break when I cook in it. May just need a replacement on charcoal bowl. It’s heavy but it’s nice for single person or apartment living. Temp gage seems quality. Waiting for reply in case I have to send back something.

Set up was easy., but I have not been able to get the grill to heat up past 200 degrees and I disposed of the box and all the styrofoam so I can’t return it. 🥵. Very disappointing and I am not a fan. Went back to gas grilling

The grill came to my front door. I had to get my dolly to move it to the back patio. The box was in perfect shape. Everything was packeted very securely. I assembled the stand instructions were ok not great. It comes with tool’s screwdriver and wrench. Do not over tight the screws. My young neighbor was able to lift out of the box alone. Be sure to season egg. I started the lump charcoal in a chimney much quicker. Currently trying out cooking . I will give updates in few months. Good luck! ... show more

Manufacture saw the problems and immediately made it right, replacing both the temperature gauge and the cracked firebox. They even sent a pdf of the manual. Very satisfied. First of all there were no instructions on how to assemble the stand and handles, it wasn’t rocket science so we managed. The fire box was cracked on arrival but not so bad that it was unusable, but for the price the grill it shouldn’t come cracked. Also the thermometer is in Celsius which I didn’t originally notice as the display photos has the gauge arrow obstructing the C. It’s going to work fine but overall a bit disappointing ... show more

Nothing but quality. I was a bit skeptical because of the price but this thing is a work of art. Beautiful fit and finish. The welds are all solid and ground clean so all the iron work looks great. The stainless hardware is of good quality and it even comes with a 10mm wrench and Phillips screwdriver. The cast iron damper cap and inner coal grate are also super nice fit and finish. The ceramic shell is really beautiful and I can’t find any imperfections. There is nothing to not like about this. I plan on using this on my covered lanai for meal prep as well as keeping the immediate area cozy warm on a chilly night. Well done Vessils! Well done! ... show more
