A nice looking flame effect, but poorly constructed. Front control buttons were way too easy to damage while setting up internal logs and crystals. They no longer functon. Have to control the unit by remote only.

This fireplace requires clearance of 2 feet below and 3 feet above. You don't get that until you read the instructions. We had to return it because of these specifications and because it cant be recessed. It seemed so nice and easy to plug in and use with the remote. We wish they made one venting to the front that could be recessed. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. delivered sept 17 stopped working in 3 days and seller was difficult cause I threw away box because i didnt expect it to breakdown in 3 days gave me a hard time, would not buy from this seller again, its made in china thats a red flag right there buy from USA unless you want to risk buying from a 3rd party seller dont buy it! ... show more
