I have suffered with chronic insomnia for over 30 years, and now I'm sleeping all through the night. That right there makes the products worth their weight in gold. My appetite was all over the map, yet I lacked the energy to even prepare a single meal for the last 3 years. That's leveling out, WAHOO! Each day I feel a little better a little more energetic and my laundry is all caught up. No more constipation, and my husband notices that I'm in a better mood. I feel nourished and tell everyone who will listen about this product. My roof was ok, so that's not an issue, and we don't have a dog, but, if we did I'm sure I could walk him/her now. What I'm most excited about is that this stuff really works! I can't say it will save your marriage or get your kids to toss out their cell phones and dance in the kitchen while helping you with dishes, but, they'll sure be in a better mood. I’m a woman in my late 40’s, 5’3”. I have become a light sleeper and toss and turn a lot. My sleep is constantly disrupted. I have tried different melatonin products. I do not like the way they made me feel while falling asleep as well as waking up. I would feel groggy and not rested. This product on the other hand has been a literal dream! I feel more relaxed when falling asleep I do still toss and turn but for some reason when I wake up I feel like I’ve slept all night. I feel refreshed and ready to go. I chose the coconut flavor, it’s sweet and very strong on the flavor but not horrible. I chase it with water and it’s fine. I only take 1 1/2 TBS. That seems to be the right dose for me. I’ve been using it off and on for two weeks. When I don’t take it I can feel the difference. It is an amazing product and it works for me! ... show more

I have always hated vitamins. now that I'm getting older I thoroughly enjoy taking my vitamins. the lemonade dream does have a chalky texture but it does taste amazing. it really helps me relax at night.
