If you have wide feet and have high arches, you’re feet sting after all day walking, and when you relax your feet it hurts these are for you. I’ve tried leading brands especially the “Doctor S” Brand and these are better in many ways. There’s more cushion in the heel, which you can feel, and the sole size is true to size. My husband works long shifts (12hrs) at a chemical plant and he always has a set of these in his boot and an extra set for emergencies. He has tried a few different types but this is his favorite. He recommends them to everyone at his plant. As a Nurse I am on my feet all the time. I came home one day complaining about my feet. He instantly went to his extra pair, cut them to my shoe size, and placed them into my shoe without telling me. The next morning to my surprise I found my shoes to be much more comfortable. After a 10 hr shift I had no pain in my feet, calves, or back. By this time he had already ordered another extra pair for himself ad me. They fit all shoes. They last quite some time. When I first received & used these supports they were soft & supportive & provided pain relief for my plantar facilitis, but as time has gone on they have lost some of these items & my ankle is & foot is beginning to hurt again. Have to see how these are over the long haul! This is why I do not like Amazon sending me immediate requests for surveys on how my items worked out, as it does take time to see how things work over the long haul vs. when I immediately get these & use these products. I rarely write product reviews, but since I have found something that I’ve been searching for several years, I thought it was worthwhile, and hopefully helpful. I have Plantar Fasciitis and the beginning stages of neuropathy. Resulting in The ‘pads’ of my feet get tender and sore. If you have this you know what I mean. For the past several years I’ve tried a lot of products, and recently even visited the Shoe Fly store (everyone recommended them) and tried everything they have to offer. These inserts By Far are much more comfortable and supportive than anything I tried. They give support and at the same time supply ample cushion in the areas I need it.     • Good heel support but lacks support for the ball of your foot

I play tennis, pickleball, and padel so I need support for the balls and heels of my feet. These failed on supporting the balls of my feet and after 3 hours of playing I am in pain. My heels are fine but the balls of my feet are flaring up for a day after I play. I had to use insoles from 10+ years ago that were trashed but still gave me better support than these. I have to give these a C- score. They are fine for walking but not for sports. I am 6'1 240 lbs and need something better for me. Hope this info helps you. I recently bought a pair of these Valsole Orthotic Inserts hoping they would help with my arch support in my shoe. I have a high arch and was hoping these would greatly help my foot. Much to my surprise they are the best inserts I have ever purchased. I also read that they could be returned if they didn’t fit right, even after you cut them to fit your shoe, so that was one of the selling points, too, of these inserts. I could tell the moment I tried them on that they would work just fine. I took the inserts that came with the shoes out, and these slid right in and fit perfectly in my shoe. There was some timed sale going on at the time, which caught my eye, so I decided to buy these and give them a try.
