Used this to hang my 75" TV. The hardest part was finding the studs, but I used my wife for that, since she is a great stud finder. But seriously, after measuring the placement and finding the studs, it was easy to use the template and mark where to drill the holes. Mine turned out to be 16" on center, so I didn't need to use the 24" extension, but it was nice to have them just in case. Once it was hung on the wall it definitely took both my wife and I to lift the 75" TV to attach to the wall. It moves easily and a full range of motion. And at half the price of others, a great purchase. Saved $300-$500 to pay for someone else to do the installation. ... show more

I have used this mount many times for Tv's from 50" to 85", this is a strong mount, good extension and articulation. comes with all hardware and a template. My favorite feature is the flip out mounting flanges that give you the option of mounting on studs that are upto 24" on center. You can also slide Tv left or right on the mounting rails for situations where the stud layout isn't quite centered on desired tv location as well as post install leveling. Solid, heavy mount with excellent full range of motion. Does everything we want it to do. Unbelievable value for something this well made and packaged. Even comes with a little mini level (didn't use it but a nice touch, nonetheless). The instructions are very very good and very clear and concise. Hardware is labeled which is good because there are several screw types for different parts of the mount. Don't forget to lock the extension bars with the short screws if you are going for the 24" width. ... show more

Bought it to hang my Hisense 75in TV to my living room wall. Instructions were good, but installation wasn't as easy as I thought. It will fit studs that are spaced 16 inches and 24 inches apart. I am using this mount with a 72-pound, 75-inch TV. It feels surprisingly solid, and holds the TV quite rigidly, with just a little but of "sagging" when the TV is pulled more than a few inches away from the wall. Please note that if your wall studs are 24 inches apart (like mine), this mount technically can span that distance, but then you will have little or no horizontal adjustability. Therefore, you might not be able to center your TV where you want it unless you extend the TV away from the wall by at least a couple of inches. You might have to do what I did to be able to center the mount where you want it: I removed a roughly 2-foot by 3-foot section of drywall (the longer sides were horizontal), attached the mount to a similarly sized 0.5-inch thick plywood panel (using through-bolts, nuts, and washers), and attached the plywood panel to the exposed wall studs (using strong screws). If you measure everything carefully, you can get the mount centered where you want it. I didn't really need to remove any drywall, but I wanted my TV to be as close to the wall as possible. ... show more
