The media could not be loaded. I really like this set of 25 barrier fence pieces. They push into the ground and you align them end to end as you need to create the containment or keep-out areas. You have the option of using zip ties to secure the individual pieces together to make the fence even stronger. I like the fence is made of decent gage welded metal and is painted to give it some corrosion resistance. The pros: 1) If you stack the fence sections end-to-end you get about 27 feet of fencing. 2) It is easy to reposition the fence as you need to 3) The kit comes with gloves, which helps protect your hands when pushing them into the ground. that may seem like a weird positive, but if your ground is hard, the fence pieces can be quite irritating on your hands, and the gloves do help. 4) The kit comes with zip ties to secure individual pieces together and make the fence stronger in case you have a dog that may want to test the perimeter for weaknesses. 5) The supplied scissors works well to cut the zip ties holding the packed fence sections together during shipping, but also is nice to cut the zip ties you install and want to remove later. The cons: 1) There are not many cons except for the obvious one - this fence is pretty short. My dog is not a jumper so it works perfectly for me, but if you dog can jump higher than 17 inches, you will need a difference fence solution. 2) The fence steel is pretty heavy duty, but individual tines can still bend when you hit a rock or a root. So make sure to go easy on the install to prevent bending. PRO TIP: Install after a rain or soften the ground by watering, and your install will be a breeze! These barrier fence pickets have a strong and durable black coating and they are all metal. The metal points that go into the ground are sturdy and do not bend when putting them into hard ground. I have very hard ground with rock so these had to be hammered into place and they took a pounding while staying in shape with the black coating chipping off. I can't use the cheaper metal decorative fencing that is usually in this price range. So for that alone these are an excellent value. Also these look great. In one area where I needed extra height I took panels and threaded the ground point posts into the top of the panel in the ground then used a few of the included zip ties to hold them in place and this worked to give me a double height fence. I recommend this barrier fence 25 pack. Very pleased with the quality. ... show more

These are very good quality, small metal fence panels that we used as a border around a raised vegetable garden. It discourages the dog from prematurely harvesting the tomatoes. The narrow, 13 inch width of each panel gives you more flexibility around corners and curves. Installation was easy with the included zip ties, even included gloves and a pair of scissors. A couple of minor wishes... 17 inches high includes the underground part, so once installed the fence isn't very tall. Zip ties will degrade over time, so I wish there was some metal-to-metal way to secure adjacent panels together. Otherwise, these are a good and inexpensive border fence option. ... show more

Before we can use these, we have to wait to have the lines marked. (Calling 811 tomorrow.) However, they come packaged well, are in good shape, come with gloves for handling and zip ties for holding them together if you choose. We are going to be putting in some raised beds for my mother-in-law who lives with us. However, her dog's lead will be in an area where she could get near the beds. We don't want this and because she is a small dog, we are going to basically use these to fence off the area (with a walking path) to prevent the dog from getting amongst the beds. We'll have to train the dog, of course, to stay out of the walking path, too, but that shouldn't be too hard. There are enough in this pack that I can use some to steady some of our taller bergamot and yarrow plants, too, that tend to flop over a tad. They are heavier, seem stronger, seem well made. If I find out otherwise, I will revisit this review. For now, I am impressed and they have earned 5 stars. For the amount of linear feet, they are also a good price. ... show more
