The box was punctured either at the warehouse or during shipping and then taped back up. When I opened it, the puncture was on the top side of the mattress about an inch in diameter with the padding coming out. Of course they will take it back, if I ship it in a box, which is impossible. So I put a fabric patch on it and also used fabric glue which is holding well. The mattress is comfortable and I'm getting a good night's sleep. ... show more

If you've experienced sticker shock when viewing the price of a new mattress, consider this product. I've found it comfortable and supportive. It never feels lumpy, uneven, unwieldy, or lifeless. Once inflated, it rises a full 12," offering enough cushion and comfort to make a box spring entirely superfluous. It's dramatically better than anything I expected at this price. Full disclosure: I prefer mattresses firmer than this, but I had no difficulty adjusting to it or experiencing satisfying sleep and rest. I've traveled extensively and stayed in hotels and Airbnb's worldwide. I'd have been pleased to have encountered this mattress on my travels. It's probably better than 85% of the beds I've slept in over the past five years. It arrives compressed. My full-size mattress was rolled into a 12" by 12" box but stood almost 5' tall. When the inner seal is broken, it automatically inflates to full size. This clever way of handling shipping proved easy to install. However, if you need to return it, it will become a considerably more difficult chore than it was to set up, so it's best to consider it carefully. It does not come with a pillow-top, but you can add one for very little money on Amazon. The top layer of fabric cushions the whole body, and the springs allow each body segment to sink appropriately. While it's described as medium, I find it slightly soft, but that's doubtless because I prefer firmer products. Still, I'm amazed by this product overall. While you can find a mattress to fit any budget, I believe this delivers a far higher quality product than the reasonably low price might suggest. ... show more

It doesn’t expand to 14 inches. It’s been 96 hours so far. Wanted a taller mattress. Disappointed we have to buy a mattress topper to get to the height we want. No worth the value. Should have paid for the 12 inch instead since that’s what it expanded to

We ordered this to replace an aged on in the guest room and now my wife wants to order one for our bedroom. It comes in a pretty big box, vacuum sealed and takes a little while to fully expand but comfort wise it is comparable to much more expensive mattresses. We haven't used it for the night but did take a nap on it and I have to say it is super comfy. An added bonus is if you are bothered by your significant other tossing and turning during the night or getting up and down then no worries as the way it is made you can't really feel when the other moves.
